You every day go out and see graffiti on walls, have you ever wonder what graffiti is and you may also see big buildings with cool art and most people think that's graffiti but actually its mural so today im going to tell you guys about the difference about mural and graffiti and then we are going to check which one is best.
GRAFFITI
Graffiti is a common street art that you see every day but do you know why people make graffiti and what it really is. I have been making graffiti for a long time and I also did not know the background of graffiti. Have you ever wonder why people draw graffiti on walls and other arts on paper, by my information graffiti was used to draw on walls to express their feelings or political feelings to every one openly and the common thing in 1980s was to draw graffiti on walls to warn other gangs to stay out of area, you can easily understand that graffiti is from a hip-hop culture in new york. A shocking thing i got to know was that graffiti is legal in germany and actually graffiti makes people happy it makes their day more colorful and creative aso drawing graffiti is somehow cool and creative. they are many types of graffiti but i will talk about my favorite ones so the first one i like is wildstyle the most crazy graffiti i know whit the wild letters (no one can read 😂), the second one is blockbuster it's pretty fun to draw that i like the fonts and color matching.

MURAL
You can call murals the cousin of graffiti because they are almost the same and that's why people mix them but they both have different stories. When I was writing about murals I needed to research much because I don't draw murals but after knowing about it I got interested in murals and decided to try some. Murals can be traditional political and some murals can be for decorating a museum or representing a city x country, but if we talk about street murals or graffiti murals, murals is a creative colorful art where you in a creative way can share your thoughts and create important conversation.

GRAFFITI VS MURAL
They both are street art and are very similar but now I'm just going to say what I think and what is best for me. Murals got popular in 1030s and was famous all round the world and murals got famous because of culture and the politic support the art got, meanwhile graffiti got famous in 1960s and the theme street art got famous in 1980s some people says that graffiti is actually a trend from the stone age and it was a way to send message on stone and then in 1960s again become a trend, graffiti also got famous because of hip-hop and pop music. In now days graffiti is a bigger art then murals and that can be a point for graffiti.
