Hello everyone,
I bring to you my submission for today daily drawing challenge with the theme bird. My selection for today's theme is an Owl.
Few days ago, I came across some fun facts about Owls as I was surfing the net and I was surprised. The fact that they can almost turn their heads around, their flight being silent, swallowing their pray whole and their camouflage being on point was amazing.
Therefore, when I saw today's theme the first bird that came to my mind was the Owl and so I picked it.
For my drawing, I drew on Autodesk Sketchbook using white primary pencil only on black background. First I did a rough sketch and then I developed the drawing. I also got my reference photo from this source .
