Do you Journal?πŸ“–πŸ”–βœ¨βœοΈ

Well for me, Writing in my journal has become a crucial part of my daily routine, especially when life gets tough. It's like a personal space where I can pour out my feelings or doodle to ease my mind. This simple practice has been a real lifeline, helping me handle the ups and downs by allowing me to slow down and clear my head. When I'm stressed or anxious, flipping open my diary is like a comfort zone where I can express my thoughts, fears, and dreams. It's amazing how this little ritual of putting pen to paper or creating doodles has helped me navigate through some challenging times, making everything feel a bit more manageable.

Lately, I've found myself journaling more frequently as I navigate tough times. It's become a way for me to document my days and capture moments that stand out.

1.

One such memorable day involved a shopping trip with three friends. We ventured to buy grocery stuff at DMart,(bills I used), and the four bags in my drawing symbolize the tote bags we were carrying. It was a simple yet joyful day that I thought to document in my journal.

2.

On another occasion, I grappled with the need to accept my reality and consciously worked on reducing overthinking. It was a day of self-reflection, urging myself to embrace what is and foster faith in the future.

There was also an entry where I emphasized the importance of patience. Acknowledging that nothing in nature blooms throughout the entire year. This particular journal entry stands out as one of my favorites, a reminder to be patient and trust the unfolding of time.

Additionally, I dedicated a page to a burst of colors, using art as a means to immerse myself and stop the overthinking that sometimes plagues my mind.

Every time I write in my journal, it's like capturing a piece of my journey. It's proof that taking a moment to think, accept things as they are, and get creative can really help me deal with life's challenges. Each page is like a little map of how I'm growing and learning along the way.

So do you Journal?
