IMG_20241025_134840.jpgHello art enthusiasts! I hope you’re all thriving. I’m pleased to present my latest coffee artwork.

My thoughts about this piece of art!
The Riverside Painting powerfully conveys solitude and meditation, drawing you into its serene landscape. The flowing river is a strong symbol of the passage of time and the interconnectedness of all things. I invite you to share your thoughts!

I used three types of painting brushes for this piece and it took me an hour to finish it. For those who are interested in trying this unique medium, you can follow the basic methods below.

Basic Procedure:
β€’ Outline or sketch your painting reference.
β€’ Paint using a lighter shade of the background by creating a beautiful texture.
β€’ On the middle ground, paint the first layer of the subject.
β€’ The same procedure with the foreground.
β€’ Once the first layer is completely dry, you can proceed to paint with a darker shade of coffee.
β€’ Then add details to come alive of your painting. I used a liner brush for the thin details.

Take note: In putting details, you cannot have sharp lines and shapes unless it is completely dry.
