Greetings Hiver friends, How are you doing? A blessed day to everyone! Welcome to my art blog. I haven't been able to paint using acrylic paint for a long time. So today I decided to paint an easy autumn lake using acrylic medium. This is suitable for beginners because the subject is easy to paint. In this post, I will show you the step-by-step process of how to paint this scenery.
An Autumn lake scenery is a view to behold. It's a scenery with its wonderful hues. The autumn lake scenery is frequently accompanied by a sense of solitude and tranquility, It's an ideal place to find serenity. This is a great moment to experience the beauty of the season.
I used three types of painting brushes for this art and, seven colors of acrylic paint. It took me forty-six minutes to finish this artwork. For those who want to try to paint this artwork, you can follow the basic methods below.

Note: Keep all the materials ready before you start painting.
Painting Process:Before starting painting, you have to make an outline or sketch of your painting reference.
Paint the background which is the sky with an ultramarine blue blend with white, creating a beautiful soft texture of the sky. You can use a flat brush.
After the background, you can proceed to the middle ground which is the distant mountain. For this part, I use three colors, blue then green, and white. Since this is a distant object it does not require many details. I used two brushes, flat and filbert brush.
In this painting, I consider the lake and the autumn tree as the foreground. For the lake, you just use a small amount of blue and then more white paint. You can put some reflections of the mountain to make it naturalistic. You can use a flat brush.
The last subject is the autumn tree which is also in the foreground. You can use black and a small amount of burnt sienna for the tree trunks, the brush that I used is a Filbert brush, and you can use also a round brush and, for the tree limbs is a liner brush.
The color paint of the leaves of the tree is brilliant red, lemon yellow, and some. White. The brush that you can use here is a Filbert brush.
Then, add details to come alive in your painting. I used a liner brush for thin details.
This is the finished artwork of the "Autumn Lake Scene"
