RE: 2500 CENT delegation lottery #3

Changing my Vote Multipliers for the CTP and some other Hive tribe tokens worked for me. 😅 Just don't try to change the VM to at least 100 times or it won't work. 🤓 I tried setting the VM of some of my Hive tribe tokens to 99.9999 times and they got successfully changed. 😅
