Laughter as a priceless medicine

There is so much power and benefits in always laughing. Making laughter and happiness infectious involves spreading joy and positivity to those around us. We should also understand that innate laughter is the shortest distance between two people, though there are other anthropological reasons why laughter is contagious, though some studies suggest that laughter and humor are genetically built-in, and humor has functioned as a social glue which serves as a strengthened bond. Humor also lightens our burdens, inspires hope, connects us to others, and keeps us grounded, focused, and alert. It also helps us to release anger and forgive easily.

Contagious laughter demonstrates affection and affiliation, it helps more when we are in the presence of people we expect to be funny and that prime laughter within us. It is fun to share a good laugh, laughter is a strong medicine that heals faster, and engaging this priceless medicine is fun, free, and easy to use.
Laughter draws people together in ways that trigger healthy physical and emotional changes in the body. Laughter strengthens our immune system, boosts mood, diminishes pain, and protects us from the damaging effects of stress as earlier stated. Nothing works faster or more dependably in bringing our mind and body back into balance than a good laugh.
Laughter has so much power to heal and renew, our ability to laugh easily and frequently is a tremendous resource for surmounting problems, enhancing our relationships, and supporting both physical and emotional health.
