I've done good. Why is he still being unpleasant?

Humans are social creatures who are in contact with the people around us almost every second. In social interaction there must be many differences between one individual and another individual. These differences often lead to conflict if we are not smart enough to realize that differences are realistic.

We are always required to do good to everyone, but sometimes the good deeds we do may not necessarily be rewarded with kindness. Even sometimes we have done good to co-workers but the good deeds we do are often ignored, underestimated and even rewarded with an unpleasant attitude.

If we experience this, should we stop doing good or do we respond to the actions of our co-workers with an unpleasant attitude?
The following is my personal opinion on how to deal with a friend's unpleasant attitude even though we have done a lot of good for him. Hopefully this opinion is useful in our daily interactions.

  1. Make good deeds an obligation among others, especially towards people we have known so far. If we have done the good deed and have not received an unpleasant reply, then we will not be disappointed because we realize that good deed is an obligation.

  2. Be assured that the good deeds we do to someone will be rewarded with good deeds by others, even if not by the same person.

  3. Don't reply to the unpleasant attitude of people we have helped with the same attitude. Continue to do good to show everyone that we do good without expecting anything in return.

  4. Forget the good deeds we do to someone as a sign that we teach we have an obligation to do good to anyone and at any time.

Thanks to all friends who have stopped by on my blog. Hopefully this opinion is useful.
