In this post, I'll talk about the new Reward Set coming to Splinterlands. Join me for these incredible changes coming to the game.
In my posts, I like to talk about Arcade Colony, so before I start talking about Splinterlands and the new changes to ranked rewards, let's learn a little about this platform.

Arcade Colony is a web-based platform where mainstream games can deploy Web3 features. Newly created games, as well as previously released games, can now add tokens, digital collectibles, trading, renting, earning, and governance to their games. Thus, Arcade Colony hosts a series of published games similar to the Epic Gamestore, Apple App Store, Google Playstore, or Steam, but unlike Web2 publishers, Arcade Colony augments new and existing games with Web3 games.
For more information about the platform, read the Whitepapper.
If you want to learn more about Arcade Colony and how to create an account, read my post: Showing the Arcade Colony Platform.
Let's get to the main focus, which is Splinterlands and the new Reward Set.

The new Splinterlands Reward Set will have 43 new cards, divided into:
A big change I liked about ranked rewards is that players will now be able to obtain tradable cards more easily.
You read that right, Gold Foil cards are unlocked immediately, and you can sell them or burn them for DEC if you wish.
You can earn RF and GF cards through Ranked Battle Loot Chests and by purchasing Card Draws in the Glint shop.
The BF, GFA, and BFA are obtainable through the Weekly Fortune Draws.
Now, there's another method that makes it easier to unlock Standard Foil cards and turn them into tradable cards. This method is through Unbinding Scrolls. You can obtain them from Loot Chests, by purchasing them with DEC, by crafting them in your lands, or by purchasing them from other players.
There will be four types of scrolls: Common, Rare, Epic, and Legendary.
To unlock one CC of a Regular Foil card, you will need one Unbinding Scroll of the matching rarity.
For multiple CCs of a card, you will need multiple Scrolls.
Important Detail:
Unbinding Scrolls are only usable for the Conclave Arcana Reward set.
The Scrolls will expire and be completely burned 30 days after the set's official print run ends.
Use them or lose them!
This means that after a new Reward Set is released in the future, you will have 30 days to use your Unbinding Scrolls or they will disappear.
There will be new changes to the Glint Shop, let's take a look at them.
Let's learn the printing limit for Gold Foil cards of each rarity and the number of Alchemy Potions for each rarity.
The print limit for Gold Foil versions of each card, by rarity, is as follows:

Number of Alchemy Potions used in each rarity draw:

Let's take a look at the changes to Loot Chests.
The rewards in Loot Chests are: Cards, Unbinding Scrolls, Legendary/Alchemy Potions, Fortune Draw Entries, Merits, Energy, and a Jackpot chance.

These were the main changes in my opinion, but there are also others, such as Fortune Draws.

In this post, you'll find all the information about the new changes. The only information missing is the date of the new Reward Set's launch. However, based on the comments, the goal is for these changes to take place on October 21st.
Thanks for reading, and see you in my next post.
