Current Statistics and Information About the Project

Hello. A month ago, I shared a statistic about Cent's prize pool and liquidity pools. In this post, I will share information about the Cent project. There is no need to share data on liquidity provider rewards in liquidity pools. Because we are nearing the end of the one-year liquidity provider rewards distribution. I will share our goals regarding the liquidity pools related to the prize pool in the upcoming period.

  • We held a few events in the past month. However, due to the bear market, participation was quite low. Regardless, we will continue to organize events and competitions in the upcoming period. The increase in the number of quality shares in the community also depends on the increase in the number of people. Right now, most of our voting power is unfortunately consumed in posts with the 'cent' hashtag. Voting support will increase as quality shares increase in the community. However, we should not create an expectation that the post will receive votes just because it is shared in the community.

  • We've greatly reduced Cent's token supply. The curators felt the consequences of this a lot. However, as you know, we took this precaution so that Cent would not depreciate further. We will restore the token supply once the reward distribution in the liquidity pools is complete.

  • The reward distribution period in the liquidity pools is completed after approximately 15 days. We will now set delivery periods of three months or six months. And we will significantly reduce the distribution of Cents as a liquidity provider reward.

  • The CentG Token has been mentioned a few times before. We created the Cent/CentG liquidity pool. Now is the time to use the token more actively. A detailed post about CentG will be made in the coming days. Coins in Liquidity pools, events, contests, etc. usage area will be increased.

  • Prize pool, liquidity pools, events, etc. I've covered the costs myself so far. We have been in bear season for about three months. Cent Token withstood the selling pressure for a while. However, it has lost a lot of value in the last month. I know because I have lived it myself; Cent curators made loss-making purchases during this period. There were supporters from different projects. However, this is not sustainable. The project must have some capital in order for the coin to maintain its value during the bear seasons as we live. You cannot achieve this by selling tokens in projects with price targets such as Cent. Unfortunately, it is not possible for a project without an income model to survive. We have started work on creating this revenue model. We will publish posts on this subject in the coming period.

Let's get to the statistics data:

  • There are about 3,447,000 coins in circulation. 1.6 million of them have been staked. The majority of the remainder is in liquidity pools.
  • The prize pool generates 3 tokenss per minute. When the new reward distribution period starts in the liquidity pools, it will start generating 5 tokens.
  • The prize pool is scanning Cent's community page and the 'cent' tag. The 'introduceyourself' tag will be added again in the coming days. We also have plans to collaborate with communities.
  • There is $10400 worth of liquidity in liquidity pools.

Follow the community page and @centtoken for cent announcements. See you in new posts.
