Poses para fotos según mi experiencia

¿Cuántas veces nos tomamos una foto y no quedamos conformes en como salimos?, a mi me pasa mucho, de hecho la mayoria de las veces tengo que posar mil veces para poder elegir una foto que me guste.

Aunque no soy una experta profesional, la experiencia me ha llevado a conocer esas poses que me ayudan a verme mejor, por esta razón hoy quiero compartir con ustedes esta primera entrega, esperando que sea de ayuda para aquellas que quieran lograr fotos geniales.

En esta primera entrega serán poses básicas, acotando que son desde mi experiencia y que cada quién tiene un cuerpo distinto, así que al final eres tu quién definirá si te sientes bien o no , o si te gusta determinada pose.

Comencemos:

El rostro es parte vital en nuestras fotografías, por eso es importante saber ubicar nuestras manos en el, si se dan cuenta en la foto red flag mi mano practicamente aprieta la mejilla, lquitando de cierta forma una buena parte del rostro por otro lado, algo que repetiré en cada foto es la posición de nuestra espalda, que debe estar siempre lo más recta posible. En la foto con check ves que mis dedos se colocan de una forma delicada, dando la sensación de relajación en el rostro.

Poses con manos a la altura de la cintura, a no ser que quieras mostrar rudeza en tu foto te recomiendo no cerrar los puños, colocar tus manos abiertas sobre tu cintura la define, en el caso de las mujeres rellenitas como yo es algo que ayuda para vernos mas estilizadas, coloca tus hombros relajados hacia atrás, saca el pecho y conoce tu mejor perfil para que tu rostro salga como deseas.

Cuidado con las poses sentada, una de las cosas que debemos detallar es que se vea en armonía nuestra pose, en este caso puedes comparar como en la foto red flag se me nota más la pancita y se ve bastante desprolija, además que la espalda está totalmente hacia adelante. Por esto ejemplo positivo es que ubiques tus piernas de manera que se vean mas definidas, si tienes pancita como yo y no quieres que salga en la foto puedes usar tus manos para disimular, siemre la espalda recta y el rostro un poco hacia arriba para que se defina la linea del mentón y se vea menos papada.

La posición de las piernas en una pose es sumamente importante, en mi caso he descubierto, que cuando hago un ligero triángulo con ella se ven más definidas y delgadas, así que atenta a la posición de tus piernas, como en la primera foto la posición de las manos hace ver inseguridad, coloca tus manos en una posición que te muestre segura y relajada, y yo siempre aprovecho para definir mi cintura, como siempre, espalda recta, mentón arriba, una sonrisa y lista para la foto.

How many times do we take a picture and we are not satisfied with the way we come out?, it happens to me a lot, in fact most of the times I have to pose a thousand times to choose a photo that I like.

Although I am not a professional expert, experience has led me to know those poses that help me to look better, for this reason today I want to share with you this first installment, hoping it will be helpful for those who want to achieve great photos.

In this first installment will be basic poses, noting that they are from my experience and that everyone has a different body, so in the end it is you who will define if you feel good or not, or if you like a certain pose.

The face is a vital part in our photographs, so it is important to know how to place our hands on it, if you notice in the photo red flag my hand practically squeezes the cheek, leaving a good part of the face on the other hand, something that I will repeat in each photo is the position of our back, which should always be as straight as possible. In the photo with check you can see that my fingers are placed in a delicate way, giving the sensation of relaxation in the face.

Poses with hands at waist level, unless you want to show rudeness in your photo I recommend not to close your fists, place your hands open on your waist defines it, in the case of plump women like me is something that helps to look more stylized, place your shoulders relaxed back, stick out your chest and know your best profile so that your face comes out as you want.

Be careful with the sitting poses, one of the things that we must detail is that it looks harmony in our pose, in this case you can compare as in the red flag photo my tummy is more noticeable and looks quite sloppy, plus the back is totally forward. For this positive example is that you place your legs in a way that they look more defined, if you have a belly like me and you don't want it to show in the photo you can use your hands to hide it, always keep your back straight and your face a little upwards to define the line of your jaw and make it look less jowly.

The position of the legs in a pose is extremely important, in my case I have discovered that when I make a slight triangle with it they look more defined and thinner, so pay attention to the position of your legs, as in the first photo the position of the hands makes you look insecure, place your hands in a position that shows you confident and relaxed, and I always take the opportunity to define my waist, as always, straight back, chin up, a smile and ready for the photo.
