They knew each other as if they had lived many lives together Along with the discovery of their surroundings, they dedicated much of their time to playing in the green forests and beside the songful streams.

In due course, they parted ways, each following the path of their choice and ambitions. Raju controlling the sky where his hopes extended to the whole world, set out to conquer it, while Meena did not lose her serenity from the village, stood in judgement

Decades went by and Raju came back as a wealthy business man of nature, having a lot of wealth beyond one's imagination. He flaunted his wealth so that Meena would notice, but she was the same way as the flashiness,

finally, did not affect her. In the end of the day, as the lake where they used to play was close to his mansion, Raju thought that money was the one and ultimate answer to the problem as he bragged about his richness and flaunted what he had.

Meena quietly listened and then in a tender voice replied, "Raju, life is not about what you collect, or the status you have in your life. Happiness is gained from the events you treasure and the bonds you build with others. Contentment, you can only find by yourself, not by having money in your bank account."

When Raju uttered scoffed in her words making her not comprehend their depths. He eventually realized that the lightness and cordiality of his childhood were the things he longed for – the laughter, the affinity, the freedom. Although his wealth may have given him material comfort and security, he felt like something was missing from his life.

It many not be today but soon Raju heard the worst news on the critical illness of Meena. Hurrying to her side, he discovered her frail and feeble, yet her spirit unconquerably undauntedly spirit remained alive. A final facial expression, her smile, and words "Raju, I remind you that mortality is a bitter truth. Keeping it in mind, you have a single life. Take every moment as precious."

Finally, it was Raju who asked Meena's forgiveness when the last drop of tears was rolling down from his eyes. He had hitherto spent his life pursuing things of small values, instead of people who are worth cherishing.

Being separated from his dear friend meant to him finding a purpose and a meaning in his life, and accepting the richness of simple pleasures and cherishing the real relationships. And from that day on, given that Raju descrubrió the real value of his riches in the love and people he shared with, he was no longer richer.
