Espero que tengan un increíble fin de semana ✨ En esta ocasión quiero compartir con ustedes una deliciosa y sencilla receta para preparar unas ricas albóndigas de carne y mortadela en freidora de aire, el procedimiento es el mismo para las albóndigas tradicionales a diferencia de que para estas utilizaremos un ingrediente extra que es la mortadela y a su vez son mucho más sanas ya que no se freirán en aceite sino que se cocinaran en freidora de aire, el resultado son unas albóndigas llenas de sabor y muy crocantes, pero ya no les cuento más, mejor les comparto el procedimiento para que puedan probar esta delicia, sin más que decir ¡a cocinar!

🔵 100 gr de carne de res. 🔵 100 gr de moraleda. 🔵 2 Dientes de ajo. 🔵 3 Cucharadas de harina de trigo. 🔵 Condimento al gusto. 🔵 ½ Cucharada de aceite.

➠ **PASO 1.** Cortamos la carne, la mortadela y el ajo en cuadritos lo más pequeños posible, luego vertemos en un bowl.
