Hi everyone!
Hope everyone has a nice and happy weekend
My article about this weekend will write about the memorable experiences of the weekends that I have just spent.
Usually, for each person after a week of work, we will often choose a coffee shop while holding the phone and talking, but have you ever found time on the weekend for outdoor activities to explore heaven around us.
Instead of expensive meals in restaurants, you can also go deep into the woods to enjoy the food, which you yourself are looking for in the forest.
Instead of sleeping on a soft bed, curled up in a warm blanket, why don't we try sleeping once in a tent in the middle of the mountains, swinging in a hammock under cool streams. Every weekend, I choose for myself places deep inside the forests with murmuring streams.
The place that we have just arrived today, is located in a forest located in Hoa Bac, 30km from the center of Da Nang city, this place passes through a house of people, we climb high mountains to have access to this forest that is separate from the outside, where the air is fresh and quite quiet.
We took a dip in the cool stream and enjoyed the birdsong and the stream. There is no phone signal here and we can barely connect to the outside, no message notifications, no calls. We had a time for this place 2 days 1 night and the time here passed very long. We went into the forest to find forest chestnuts, fell under the forest trees, brought back and roasted the nuts hot on the fire with its small, fleshy, and fatty aroma, and here there are fruit trees. forest rich in vitamin C.Able to respond and restore fitness after a climbing journey.
It's quite cold at night, we sat by the fire to warm up and talked all night together. What wakes us up every morning is not the phone alarm, but the birdsong and the rooster crowing. The time every morning here is the most precious time. Cook a cup of tea, take a sip of fragrant coffee, and enjoy a wonderful morning sunrise. Being close to the natural world has a very positive effect on us both physically and mentally. Regulates blood pressure, improves digestion, and strengthens the immune system. Spending time in the green spaces of forests, near trees, also means we are given more oxygen. This results in our body releasing the hormone serotonin, one of the hormones that makes people feel happy.
Personally, I often prefer camping with a river or stream in front of me, or on a mountain top where you can cover a large space.
No matter where you go, you go with friends or family, camping gives you a certain connection with nature as well as with your loved ones. One more thing you should not forget, remember to bring a trash bag to clean up your camping area - leave nothing but footprints and take nothing but beautiful photos.
