I know too many people who have been pressured to maintain some made up image of perfection and boy did that only bring trouble and burnout. Glad it was a lesson they learned earlier on and now it is back to balance.
I couldn't agree more with the last part. I have no time or use for petty problems. I simply let them run their course but key thing for me is to not get too riled up about it.
