A lot of people may find my way of relaxing after a day's work boring, but really the only thing I'm interested in at that time is sleep.
It's a simple little routine I've created for that. But before all that, I take a bath and eat. I don't like to eat anything heavy at night, so I make myself a salad or a smoothie bowl .
Which consists of, strawberries, raspberries, berries, watermelon, banana, almond vegetable drink, hemp seeds and almonds.
A mucha gente le puede parecer aburrida mi forma de relajarse después de un día de trabajo, pero en realidad lo único que me interesa en ese momento es dormir.
Es una pequeña y sencilla rutina que he creado para ello. Pero antes de todo eso, me baño y como. No me gusta comer nada pesado por la noche, así que me preparo una ensalada o un batido de bol.
El cual consiste en, fresas, frambuesas, bayas rojas, sandía, plátano, bebida vegetal de almendras, semillas de cáñamo y almendras.

The first thing is to put a dim light in my room.
I have to say that I can't sleep with the lights off, so I always have a lamp or the main light on.
Then I put myself in a comfortable sleeping position and turn on the heating, until the temperature is ideal in the room. In my city most of the year it is very cold, we are a desert area, it is hot during the day and cold at night.
Finally, and most importantly, I play a piece of classical music called "Air" by Johann Sebastian Bach.
But the one that has become my relaxation fetish is the one played by German violinist David Garrett.
I really recommend it, it's beautiful and from there it transports me into the arms of the god Morpheus 😴.
Lo primero es poner una luz tenue en mi habitación.
Tengo que decir que no puedo dormir con las luces apagadas, así que siempre tengo una lámpara o la luz principal encendida.
Luego me pongo en una posición cómoda para dormir y enciendo la calefacción, hasta que la temperatura es ideal en la habitación. En mi ciudad la mayor parte del año hace mucho frío, somos una zona desértica, hace calor durante el día y frío por la noche.
Por último, y lo más importante, pongo una pieza de música clásica llamada "Air" de Johann Sebastian Bach.
Pero la que se ha convertido en mi fetiche de relajación es la que toca el violinista alemán David Garrett.
La verdad es que la recomiendo, es preciosa y desde ahí me transporta a los brazos del dios Morfeo 😴.

Comenzaré diciendo que el cambio de criptodivisas a mi moneda local ha sido un dolor de cabeza para mí. Y como, además de Hive, trabajo en otros sitios, se me ha hecho difícil cambiar todas esas criptos y tokens a peso chileno.
Obviamente, quería que fuera lo menos tedioso posible y principalmente que no me cobraran comisiones excesivas.
Así que me propuse la titánica tarea de buscar una plataforma distinta a Binance.
Encontré un Exchange llamado Buda.com que lamentablemente no funciona para todo el mundo, ya que sólo opera para cuatro países latinos, mi querido Chile, Colombia, Argentina y Brasil.
Si eres de estos países tal vez la información que te daré te sirva 🤷🏻♀️
Steps to follow / Pasos a seguir

2- Just go to the payment tab.

3- When the cryptocurrencies arrive to your account, after their respective confirmations, you must go to the buy and sell tab.

Cuando las criptomonedas lleguen a tu cuenta, después de sus respectivas confirmaciones, debes ir a la pestaña de compra y venta.
