[ENGLISH VERSION]
Greetings to everyone in Hive, warm hugs, today I bring you an experience that was pending to be told for a couple of weeks now, but it is never too late when happiness arrives, so here I will tell you immediately.
When my ex-classmates from the faculty of agronomy invited me a couple of weekends ago to a Rabbit Exhibition, I did not imagine this:
I honestly expected the typical breed and specimen expo where rabbit management techniques are exchanged, that is, something like this:
And certainly they were also included but what I want to show you is the rabbit gastronomy exhibition that took place that morning.
The gastronomic expo consisted of an exhibition of some dishes made with rabbit meat, a show of live cooking and of course at the end a tasting of the exquisite dishes that were prepared.
Dishes Exhibition
Next I will show you which dishes were in the exhibition area, some already cooked and others ready to cook.
Preparation of dishes
In this area of the expo, the specialist chef and his assistants prepared some dishes in full view of everyone so that the attendees could familiarize ourselves with the procedures of each one. I show you the most outstanding as I saw:
Cachapa with Grilled Rabbit
Farmer rice with rabbit
Rabbit to wine

I want to add the comment that rabbit meat is a quite viable option for the issue of obtaining animal protein for our consumption, it is a very noble meat that does not require exotic ingredients to prepare as it has been commonly extended, It is also low in triglycerides and bad cholesterol and as if that were not enough, it is economical compared to other cuts of other meat categories.
