So my country, Nigeria were knocked out of the competition by Tunisia at round 16 after winning back to back during group stages.
So far the African cup on nations seems uncertain on which country will bag the trophy. Cameroon being the host of the tournament remains strong and willed as they will kickoff the quarterfinals later today being the 29th day of January, 2022.
Gambia will face Cameroon 17:00pm WAT. This match is going to be one of the tournament's finest because
Antonio Conceicao(Cameroonian coach) focuses on protecting their legacy as the host country and potential winners of the tournament.

Later tonight, Burkina Faso will face Tunisia still on the race of qualifying for the semifinals. Burkina Faso were a lucky team and they proved it when they luckily won the round 16 with a penalty shootout which they almost lost.
