I woke up Saturday morning and..."
I felt so tired, like I hadn't rested at all. The night before I felt like I had been beaten to a pulp.
The night didn't do much to help me recover. This all stems from my participation in a final event of the first module of my ontological coach training.
It's a very hard process that involves healing personal wounds in order to help heal other people. That's why the program is called the Chiron Path, which is nothing more than healing the wounded healer.
Here are some pictures of the last part of my participation on Friday, when my coach asked me some questions and clarified some things.
The event continued on Saturday, but in private, without the public of Friday. So I woke up as early as I could, got dressed and went to the meeting place, far away from my house, in the mountains on the south side of the valley.
The meeting was at a colleague's house, a beautiful place, with an incredible view that made me feel once again that my city is a paradise that I am in love with.
It is always a nice occasion for me to visit the home of an architect, a profession that I admire very much because it is one of my frustrated professions.
The meeting on Saturday was to lead us to have a look at what had happened to each of the 6 participants of our intervention, what we did not know is that it did not go there, but that everything had a deep connection with the deepest wounds of each of us.
Today I feel very grateful to have experienced this process in the hands of such an excellent team.
I give you this beautiful view of the city of Caracas from this sector, which at the end makes us see the Naiguata Peak, the highest peak of the Waraira Repano National Park.
I woke up Saturday morning to this incredible view.
Aho!
I’m always creating original content, any topic I write about on my blog is approached from my experience and my personal point of view "as I lived it and as I see it" unless I indicate otherwise, and I will always be attentive to provide information to the community. As in this case, my blog banners were created in Adobe Creative App and Pixlr and the icons of my networks I edited to adapt them to my personal brand in Canva with its free elements.
