New Nio ET7 2021 Electric Autonomous Saloon has arrived

Nio has unveiled its new electric saloon car - the ET7, and it has a range of over 600 miles.

It is fitted with NIO’s latest NAD - Nio Autonomous Driving, and based on their Aquila Super Sensing system, and their Adam Super Computer, it's designed to bring you a safe and relaxed autonomous drive.

Aquila consists of 33 high performance sensing units, which include:
• eleven 8MP high-resolution cameras
• one ultralong range high resolution Light Detection and Ranging (LiDAR)
• five millimetre wave radars
• twelve ultrasonic sensors
• two high-precision positioning units
Vehicle to Everything (V2X) and an advanced distribution management system (ADMS) Aquila can generate 8GBs of data per second.

It's NCAP5 and fitted with 4D dynamic control, with high definition maps and high resolution sensors. With these, the ET7 can identify road conditions and adjust suspension to give the passengers more comfort whilst travelling.

With an interior that's like a living room, its a spacious and refined mobile living space, and is fitted with the most advanced 3rd generation Qualcomm automotive cockpit platform available. It's designed to give you seamless connectivity on the go, with 5G, V2X, Bluetooth 5.2, Wi-Fi 6 and UWB.

Prices of the ET7 start at around £51,000.00, and can vary depending on if you buy or lease a battery.

There are 19 driver assistance features that are available as standard, meaning that there is an extra subscription service needed if you wish to access the rest, at a cost of around £80 per month.
