Les comento sobre la reparación de una transmisión automática de una Toyota Terio ya que esté vehículo no vendría siendo de esta marca pero sin embargo su fabricante como suele suceder con muchos de estos autos comercializados en este país por marcar diferentes al fabricante.
En este caso el cual les relato es un vehículo que venía con un diagnóstico de otra persona que le habían conectado un escáner y arroja como falla en los selenoides y este al momento de realizar los cambios se deslizaban y el motor se acelera bruscamente.
Se procedió a sacarle la tapa del Carter de la transmisión donde se pudo observar abundante agua mezclada con el aceite de la caja logrando observar y determinar que la falla no era en los solenoides, debido a que la transmisión automática no les puede entrar agua a su sistema por ningún motivo.
Una vez verificado lo antes expuesto se colocó el cárter y se procede a desmontar la transmisión y desconectar todos sus accesorios que son necesarios para desacoplar la caja de el bloque del motor es necesario sacar el puente central del mismo, el arranque y ocho tornillos que acoplan estás dos piezas .
Ya teniendo la transmisión en la mesa de trabajo y pudiendo desarmarla entonces podemos constatar lo que ya se sospechaba los disco de pastas de los embrague al tener contacto con agua estos se deteriora y en consecuencia pierde lo abrasivo que es el material con el que trabaja los embragues estos están separado por disco de hierro y pasta se hace necesario colocar todo estos repuestos nuevos.
Logrando tener todos los repuestos nuevos en este caso hay que colocar el máster kid donde vienen todos los discos gomas y estoperas que se necesitan para esta reparación es muy importante contar con todo lo requerido ya que son de mucha importancia al momento del ensamblaje de la misma.
Con toda la transmisión en buen estado se procede a reemplazar el serpentin del radiador que fue la pieza que se dañó y causó todo este desastre también se soplaron las líneas por dónde pasa el aceite de la transmisión al radiador para enfriarse, fue retirado todo el aceite de la turbina que se encontraba contaminado con el agua.
Teniendo todo en buen estado se procede a ensamblar o montar estás piezas y acoplar la caja de cambio a bloque de motor y colocar todos sus accesorios para que esté pueda quedar en buen estado ya con todo esto solo queda ponerle el aceite recomendado por el fabricante y este paso es el más indicado en el vehículo.
En este caso el problema que causó está falla fue algo fortuito cómo es la fisura de una línea de fluido en un lugar oculto como lo es la parte interior de radiador y de esta manera es muy difícil identificar estás falla a tiempo y poderla corregir sin que ocasione daños tan fatales como lo sucedido en esta ocasión.

Already having the transmission on the workbench and being able to disassemble it then we can see what was already suspected clutch disc pastes to have contact with water these deteriorates and consequently loses the abrasive which is the material with which the clutches work these are separated by iron disc and paste is necessary to place all these new parts.
Having all the new spare parts in this case it is necessary to place the master kid where all the rubber discs and stoppers that are needed for this repair is very important to have everything required as they are very important at the time of assembly of the same.
With all the transmission in good condition we proceeded to replace the radiator coil, which was the part that was damaged and caused all this disaster, we also blew the lines where the transmission oil passes to the radiator to cool down, we removed all the turbine oil that was contaminated with water.
Having everything in good condition we proceeded to assemble or mount these parts and attach the gearbox to the engine block and place all accessories so that it can be in good condition and with all this only remains to put the oil recommended by the manufacturer and this step is the most appropriate in the vehicle.
In this case the problem that caused this failure was something fortuitous how is the crack of a fluid line in a hidden place as it is the inside of the radiator and in this way it is very difficult to identify you are failure in time and to correct it without causing damage as fatal as what happened on this occasion.
