Canadian health care company Ask the Doctor and Shiba Inu coin founder Shytoshi Kusama, after an online clinic accused the Shiba Inu token project as "SCAM."

Ask The Doctor, a Canadian medical question and answer site. Announced to sue Shytoshi Kusama, project leader of meme token Shiba Inu (SHIB), for defamation. And wanting to reveal his personal identity in court, Kusama immediately retorted, alleging that “It is illegal to accept public payments for services you have never provided.

Back on Dec. 1, the company claimed that it had added 31 billion SHIB tokens ($1.5 million at the time) to its balance sheet. On Monday, Ask The Doctor tweeted that it had sold the tokens. SHIB is out, with Twitter users accusing the company of heavily cheering SHIB tokens to retail investors over the past month.

Ask The Doctor also tweeted that SHIB is a “scam” and that “prices are going to zero” and will “face delisting.” And since the controversy started less than 24 hours ago, it looks like Ask the Doctor. It will lose nearly 10,000 Twitter followers, with around 48,000 remaining, although Ask The Doctor says it sold SHIB tokens for business purposes. But it doesn't explain why they invested in what was initially believed to be a "scam".
