In the past, a video creator was really limited in terms of where to upload videos, he would likely open a Youtube channel and slowly grow their audience without perceiving any sort of earnings, until now.
The web 3.0 and its constant improvement have been a pretty helpful tool for content creators. Now in platforms like 3Speak(HIVE) or LBRY they can develop, in my opinion, a better relationship with their hobby and eventually, make it a real job without having to wait a huge amount of time.

Think about it, a new creator won't be only motivated by his passion, thanks to the blockchain based social media he is able to earn an extra income now, beneficial not only to him but also to the platform where he is establishing. At the end, having that incentive is going to help improve the quality of posting. Besides, thanks to the decentralization you know that there is no risk of censorship or shadow banning unless you are into illegal stuff of course.
It's a matter of time until we see a massive migration from centralized to not centralized media platforms. Exactly like exchange fiat for Bitcoin, it's the logical next step we creators and consumers should embrace.
