We all were hearing about Hamster Kombat from previous months. I wasn’t interested in it. Many people of my acquaintance were doing “tap tap game” or whatever they call to mine Hamster Kombat.
Today on 24 March 2024, it is launched. Still I wasn’t interested. My room mate told me that he played game and mined some hamster coins from that game. I wished best of luck. Well, he got some reward in form of giveaway on the launching of Hamster Kombat.
Yesterday, he was making some big statements that he might be a billionaire with Hamster Kombat. I was also assuming that might be he is right. He claimed that Launching price of Hamster Kombat will be atleast $0.1. To everyone’s surprise, The launching price or listing price of Hamster Kombat was just $0.01. This price of Hamster Kombat was below the expectations and predictions.
Well, my room mate just got $9 in reward of giveaway of Hamster Kombat. We all laughed on him. We laughed on expectations and predictions.
The next surprising thing which my roommate told me earlier was that “ he learned cryptocurrency trading in just two weeks”. I inquired him that how much money you have invested and how much you have earned through trading. I got reply “I have turned three dollars into ten dollars”.
I have confidence on my room mate. Actually, he is really quick in picking difficult things. I assumed that he might have learned so quick and he might have gained so much confidence on his cryptocurrency trading.
I requested him to do a trade with my five dollars. He assured me that he will turn these five dollars into 20 dollars or even more. I started dreaming big. I thought that these five dollars will become much huge and I can even pay my university fee with them.
My room mate was analyzing the chart and candles of Hamster Kombat. He planned to do investment in Hamster Kombat.
I agreed to invest my five dollars in Hamster Kombat. I opened my binance but future option was inactive there.
I tried to activate these options but every attempt was in vain. Then I sent five dollars directly to my fellow’s binance account.
He said that he will do trade from his own binance app.
Once I paid him $5, I was very much confident that I will make piles and piles of money out of it. But, I should bring myself to realities and shouldn’t be living in delusion.
My room mate invested my five dollars( $5) in Hamster coin on 75x leverage.
He was showing me digits turning green and red. I just took one screenshot and in the next eye drop, everything dropped. I mean, my five dollars made their way to hell. Hamster consumed those five dollars of me.
Reasons behind so quick lose?
Actually, Trade was on high leverage. Moreover, the coin “Hamster Kombat” was new. So risk was high. It has high liquidity and market was getting highly bullish.
My room mate thought of “quick money” but this trick dropped everything.
In this quick money obsession,we lost it quickly.
This trade was more like an experiment but a person should not invest in new coin who is just recently launched because liquidity could be very high.
It could be just five dollars for you but not for me!
I got a little knowledge of cryptocurrency future trading. I got experience and I learned but I have regret of losing five dollars. I know, you might be thinking that it is just small amount but I know the worth. I earned them hardly with my blogging on another platform "hive".
At the end of the day, it’s another experience and we laughed.
