Billions

Billions is one of those series that, especially when it first started, was a must-watch for those who love the financial world and trading. In the beginning, of course, it was more about trading and finance. However, to have material for seven seasons, a show must evolve into more of a drama, reality, and repeat certain themes. The first season was excellent; I loved it, and that is the reason I continued watching. When Axe left, I wondered how they would continue, and I can say that it was still really good.
Now for the last season.( No spoilers )
Season 7 kicked off with a bang, featuring power plays, political ambitions, and a clash between major players. Mike Prince, the self-righteous billionaire, takes the spotlight, running for president and stirring up the drama. Wendy, faces an ethical dilemma as she questions his motives.

The season is packed with pop culture references, from classic movies to iconic music, keeping the dialogue sharp and entertaining.
Without giving too much away, the finale delivers a satisfying conclusion, with unexpected alliances and a clever takedown of the antagonists. The writing shines, bringing the characters full circle and offering a mix of tension, kindness, and even some unexpected hugs.

The finale not only ties up loose ends but also explores the theme of friendship and collaboration, showcasing the importance of allies in the high-stakes world of "Billions."
In the end, "Billions" manages to land its series finale with finesse, giving fans a rewarding conclusion that honors the show's 7 season. Whether you've been following the twists and turns for seven seasons or just caught the finale, it's a must-watch for any fan.

P.S Paul Giamatti acting is on a whole other level.
