For those that do not know, the SEC came after Richard Heart over the summer… funny enough, noob crypto influencers were content farming claiming Richard was on the run…
If you have never heard of Richard Heart, you should check out his youtube channel. His most popular video, if im not mistaken, is the one where he is debating Roger Ver about bitcoin and bitcoin cash.
He has a lot of other popular videos when he was outrage marketing, even one with someone the #silvergoldstackers community should be familiar with, Peter Schiff, where Richard was told to come debate Gold vs crypto but Peter starts off the debate saying you shouldn’t invest in gold, just have 5% of your net worth in it instead of cash…. Richard was shocked Peter back tracked his stance but decided to destroy Gold anyways….
But this is about the SEC going after him… if you actually read the case against him, and actually knew the “lore” behind it all, you would know that it is laughable.
It’s like us, on hive… a lot of us know about the steem premine, the Dan that left, the Ned 🎸 who peer to peer sold his premine steem bag to Justin Sun etc etc all the drama that went along… the point im making is there are a lot of things about Hive that you just “had to be there” to understand why things are the way they are and such….
The same can be said about Richard and the software codes he created… if you were there from the beginning, and have a decent grasp on logic and are able to make inferences based on behaviours… you’d know Richard is THE MAN…
