Zapper season 2 NFTs
Starting September 23 2021 at 00:00 GMT, new Zapper NFTs will be available to anyone using their services. These "cards" are given away (not exactly given, see below) to anyone who has completed enough quests to get them. One-time, daily and weekly quests are offered and give you experience and volt (volt seems to be a new crafting fuel) upon completion. This season two collection will be available for acquisition until January 1st 2022.
Are these NFTs really free?
While the NFTs themselves are indeed free, many quests aren't exactly. In fact, we have to use the app swap feature or participate in a liquidity pool to obtain more experience and volt. Little tip, use Zapper for swapping on Polygon or BSC where the fees are low instead of using the Ethereum mainnet. When you have enough level and volt to claim a NFT, you have to pay the mint fee in Ethereum (you have to have sufficient ETH in your wallet). These fees can be anywhere between 1$ or 5$ sometimes more. The NFTs are assets and can be traded on the market to buy or sell.
Conclusion
After participating in season one, I will definitely be part of season two. This time, the Zapper team came up with more Zapperverse lore and added new collecting features to their NFTs.
