Dealing in electronic money

I was surprised to know that our local village vegetable vendor has an electronic mode of payment. Customers can pay him using PhonePe, an app.

I also heard the news that the 2000/- rupee note is not being printed anymore. This means that there is less chance of coming across counterfeit notes. It also means that people do not have to deal with currency notes that could carry germs as well.
The corruption factor will also be reduced.

A lot of states in my country are still backward because the people are being continually cheated by corrupt politicians and authorities. This happens because people are not educated in money matters and other important stuff related to living in a democracy. Corrupt politicians who aim at the vote bank use money to fool the general public and then use them to gain power and loot the money that the people deserve.

How?
The developments and the projects that the public is supposed to get for free are denied.

The roads are not constructed properly or repaired.

The welfare funds are not allocated.

With the adoption of electronic money or e-money and hopefully crypto in the near future, there will be progress in the lives of the common people.
