The current situation with MIR4 and any other MMORPG that has been around for a while is the level and power disparity that arises between veteran players and newcomers. Thinking about addressing this problem, the development team responsible for MIR4 brings the BoostingWorld Server, a server that will last for a limited period and that promises to make new players able to grow with events and bonuses until they reach close to the level of veteran players.

Now the question to be analyzed is the consequences of this proposal. If on the one hand it can be good because it allows new players to enter the game, bringing new visibility and opportunities to start in MIR4. On the other hand, old players may not like it because they may think that these accounts will hinder their game since these new players will match up and become strong very quickly and this could be unfair since it took them a long time to reach this level. As a result, they may even end up leaving the game and selling their account, since more accounts could cause the value of their account to decrease.

I believe that a middle ground is what will happen and it will be beneficial overall. New players, even with all the benefits, will not reach the level of veterans, because they have already gone through many events and won several rewards. They have strong pets, codex, items and everything else. I think the game will just give the basics to newcomers and this will bring a larger player base to the game. The interesting thing will be at the end of the event, since they will be able to choose a server to go to when the period ends, and this will make the game more dynamic.

In addition to Boosting World, the developers will also bring new features to MIR4's tokenomics with a very innovative system. The goal of this system is to make players' time and effort turn into value. With that in mind, it seems that they will implement the Night Crows utility token system in a new way in MIR4.

This system will consist of new items, the ‘Ancient Artifact’ and the ‘Special Magical Soul Orb’, which promise to be very strong items since they will unlock passive and group abilities, which will impact battles. However, in order to create this new item, a new token will be added, which will serve as material for crafting the Artifact and the Orb. This reminds me a lot of Morion in Night Crows, which is a widely used crafting material, but is also one of the main tokens in the game.

The big difference for Morion is that this new MIR4 tokenomics will be in Season format, that is, these tokens will have a limited time to be farmed, which brings a solution to the infinite supply problem that some MMORPGs have. Eventually, there comes a point when everyone crafts the item and the crafting materials lose their value.

An important point will be the HYDRA token staking because it will produce the new season tokens, that is, it is a way to obtain the new tokens that will be added. The interesting thing about all these changes is the big change that Wemade seeks to bring to its games by trying to find a tokenomic that is the best possible.

Agora a questão a ser analisada são as consequências dessa proposta. Se por um lado pode ser bom porque permite que novos jogadores entrem no jogo, trazendo uma nova visibilidade e oportunidade para começarem no MIR4. Por outro, pode ser que os jogadores antigos não gostem porque podem pensar que essas contas vai atrapalhar o seu jogo já que esses novos jogadores vão igualar e ficar fortes muito rápido e isso poderia ser injusto já que eles demoraram muito tempo para chegar nesse nível. Com isso, eles podem até acabar saindo do jogo e vendendo a conta, já que mais contas pode fazer com que o valor da conta dele diminua.

Acredito que um meio termo seja o que vai acontecer e será benéfico no geral. Os jogadores novos mesmo com todos os benefícios não vão chegar no nível dos veteranos, porque eles já passaram por muitos eventos e ganharam diversas recompensas. Eles tem pets fortes, codex, items e tudo mais. Acho que o jogo vai apenas dar o básico para os novatos e isso vai trazer uma playerbase maior para o jogo. Sendo que o interessante vai ser no final do evento já que eles vão poder escolher um servidor para ir quando o período terminar e isso vai deixar o jogo mais dinâmico.

Além do Boosting World, os desenvolvedores também vão trazer novidades ao tokenomics do MIR4 com um sistema bem inovador. O objetivo desse sistema é fazer com que o tempo e o esforço dos jogadores consiga ser transformado em um valor. Pensando nisso, parece que vão implementar o sistema de tokens de utilidade do Night Crows de uma nova maneira no MIR4.

Esse sistema será composto por novos items o ‘Ancient Artifact’ e ‘Special Magical Soul Orb’ que prometem ser items muito fortes já que vão desbloquear habildades passivas e também de grupo, o que vai impactar as batalhas. Só que para ser criado esse item novo um novo token será adicionado, que servirá de materia para o craft do Artefato e do Orbe. Isso me lembro muito o Morion no Night Crows, que é um materia de craft muito usado, mas também é um dos tokens principais do jogo.

A grande diferença para o Morion é que essa nova tokenomics do MIR4 vai ser em formato de Season, ou seja, esses tokens terão um tempo limitado para serem farmados, o que traz uma solução ao problema de supply infinito que alguns MMORPGs possuem. Afinal chega um ponto que todos craftam o item e os materiais de criação perdem o seu valor.

Um ponto importante será o Staking do token HYDRA porque vai produzir os novos tokens da season, ou seja, é uma forma de conseguir os novos tokens que serão adiconados. O interessante de todas essas mudança é a grande mudança que a Wemade busca trazer nos seus jogos tentando encontrar uma tokenomic que seja a melhor possível.
