Mantova, what'else!

A Brief Tale from Mantova at "Palazzo Te"

Greetings, fellow music enthusiast! 🎡 Allow me to share a story.

You've just arrived in Mantova, haven't you? At Palazzo TE, the stronghold of the Gonzaga family? The place is truly awe-inspiring! Columns adorned with seashells from the nearby harbor? That's some impressive decor, my friend. 🐚

The journey was quite an adventure, with a few hiccups along the way to Mantova, but nothing we couldn't handle. We're still here, alive and well!

Let's backtrack a bit. Your journey was quite the rollercoaster, wasn't it? Imagine this: you're on the highway, it's night, dark, and you're tired. The GPS misdirects you, a truck is tailing you, and you think, "This is it, goodbye world." But no, it passes by, and you feel the wind on your neck. Quite the adrenaline rush!

Upon arrival, you settle into a quaint Italian B&B. Your roommate? Snoring as if he's the star of a rock concert. 🀘 After the highway scare, you're thinking, "I need a break!" So you grab some Pampero, enjoy a couple of spliffs, and drift off to sleep. But guess what? An owl swoops in, serenading you with its mating call. Nature's own alarm clock! πŸ¦‰

Fast-forward to Palazzo TE – you and your crew start shooting (with cameras, of course). And the weather? As hot as a dragon's breath! Mantova is all about those sunny vibes. β˜€οΈ

The highlight of the visit: the vast garden near the dried lake of the Gonzaga King. It's like Versailles on steroids, but let's keep that between us. 🀫

Back at the B&B, you decide to unwind. You hit play, and the vibes flow – "The Thrill Is Gone," BB King style, reimagined by Jerry Garcia. 🎸 It's a creative masterpiece that'll make your soul groove. So go ahead, find those tunes on YouTube, kick back, and relax. 🎢✌️

Now, let's talk about the photos and the promo. I chose a Canon EOS 7D – environmentally friendly, perfect video, easy to handle, no major issues, even without the gimbal.

In the promo, you can see the difference in the colors. Every shot made with the Canon, including the movie, is a radiant red carnation. The shade of orange created by the wide-angle lens with the silhouette of the dancers? Simply stunning.

The experience was perfect.

Exhausted, we headed back to Milan, ready to work on the images. Now, the promos and two main movies have been produced, waiting for my inspiration to create a special effect, perhaps dividing the film into interconnected squares, a little inspired by Orson Welles. The story is generative, endless, it will never end. That's the most intriguing part of it. You end up watching the short film and asking yourself, "Where's the rest of the story?" LOL. The title is supposed to be "The Tale of Love" or "Canvas for Love." We'll see.

Please enjoy the pictures. Remember, next on plaza de mundo channel, the movie The Tale of Love by Valerio Savino, I love it...

The soundtrack I used is a song produced by me. I usually enjoy creating soundtracks for my videos. This particular song is curative, composed to heal souls, and is a protective chant sung by a shaman in Mongolia. The song is available on BandLab for free download, but please do not forget to give credit. Thank you.
