What Is GHAWG?
#GHAWG is short for "God's Hog: A Watchful Guardian." This fictional story tells how David Guardia, a courier and business owner from Bayonne, New Jersey, US moved into the next phase of his life after spending the final ten years of his ailing father's life helping him.

| While Lindsay barely knew Sanjay, she found herself drawn to him, almost as a human "cougar" seeking younger male "cubs" for her own use. In his defense, she realized, it's the first time the topic had ever come up between them. |

| 🏍️ This zapfic entry is actually a continuation of the previous entry covered in [last week's Weekly Summary](https://inleo.io/ @magnacarta/ghawg-gods-hog-a-watchful-guardian-leothreads-zapfic-entries-422428). Although Lindsay Etxeberria had dropped out of college years earlier, for many years she had been an activist full-time. Despite being classed with "The Kids," she's closer in age to the Brothers Marchenko, who are both younger than Rhonda Bella, who has her own age gap with David Guardia. She may have had relationships with fellow activists, but with activism being an all-consuming life I don't see how she would have that kind of time to spare for a relationship or even a fling. So she has conflicting feelings for Sanjay Rampersad, partly because she's a woman in her prime years, and partly because she's embarking on a new life where The Lord takes a more prominent role. |

Whatever fighting abilities or even self-defense skills they had, they needed to be upgraded for the moment David meets Harry Hoqualogue and The Mongols. This is the first zapfic entry to show where they are in their evolution as fighters. |

While neither will be replacing Bruce Wayne as Batman any time soon, they learned enough to last a bit longer, and that bit longer may be the difference maker for them. |

| 🏍️ This zapfic entry shows how redemption is available even to a convicted killer such as Harry Hoqualogue. The uncanny Manny Rey is forgiving him from "beyond the grave," and David Guardia is forgiving him despite nearly geting killed himself. |

| In my hand was a bottle of Jack Daniels whiskey when I saw two fools attempt a robbery. As soon as we locked eyes I squeezed the Jack until the bottle cracked. The fools freaked out & ran away. I broke the Jack, so I bought it. |

| 🏍️ This zapfic entry is a callback to when David Guardia witnessed the uncanny Manny Rey scare three fools who were about to either rob a store or pick a fight with him (perhaps even both). The bottle of Jack Daniels whiskey is thicker than what Manny Rey had, so watching this bottle bring broken just by being squeezed is an even more impressive feat. Just to remind the shop keeper that he is no criminal, David paid for the bottle of whiskey he broke to compensate for nearly ruining the shop keeper's inventory. |
