I want to make an announcement that the FINAL trailer for Freechain will be going live probably this coming week.
We are working hard in the background to get the film shown in places with highest reach. We are also scouting festivals to enter in the coming months allowing anyone on Hive to attend and view the film in a cinema setting.
We have a shortlist ready and are pursuing submissions. The sizes of festivals in attendance differs greatly from a thousand to tens of thousands and they accept only a small number of submissions.
That is why we will be casting a wide net and attempting to enter as many as we can.
Viewer retention for youtube or social media is increadibly short, calculated in seconds many times, having an audience of thousands viewing Freechain for 50 minutes is a massive thing for all of us.
We are of course hoping to get picked up by certain streaming services and are now looking for partners but that is always a huge enigma and requires a certain degree of luck.
I have been very lucky so far to find this amazing team that has worked on the film, @alex-film, a Hollywood level editor and my co-producer and the director @little.lamb, whom many of you met in person during last 2 Hivefests in Mexico and Netherlands.
I see no reason luck leaves us now. 😉
The future is bright and we are hoping to introduce Hive to a huge new audience with the film.
