Reflexiones sobre el 2do. Cabildo Hispano en X (% APR HBD, Downvotes y pozo de recompensas) SPA-ENG

Desafortunadamente no pude asistir en vivo al segundo cabildo en X para la comunidad de habla hispana, pero acabó de ver un ilustrativo vídeo (recomiendo verlo) sobre los temas que parecen copar la atención en la comunidad en la actualidad. En tal sentido, respaldo la posición de mi estimado @fermionico en cuanto a los tres temas principales (disminuir el porcentaje del APR del HBD y la eliminación de Downvotes como del pozo de recompensas) en virtud de la garantía del goce de libertad de expresión y de soportar al contenido que se genera en la comunidad.

Claro, todo sistema es perfectible, y a esta realidad no escapa #Hive. Todas las partes son importantes: creadores de contenidos, desarrolladores, inversores, y ahora, los promotores del ecosistema. Entiendo que esto último nos beneficia a todos, pero hay un dicho popular que reza: zapatero a tu zapato. Hay muchas cosas en que pudiera disentir, ya sea por desconocimiento técnico, o por una visión política diferente de cómo se ejerce la gobernanza; aquí hay mucho espacio de mejora.

Unfortunately I could not attend the second town hall in X for the Spanish-speaking community. Still, I just watched an illustrative video (I recommend watching it) on the issues that seem to be the current focus of attention in the community. In that sense, I support the position of my dear @fermionico regarding the three main issues (decreasing the percentage of the HBD APR and the elimination of Downvotes as of the reward pool) under the guarantee of the enjoyment of freedom of expression and supporting the content that is generated in the community.

Of course, every system is perfectible, and #Hive does not escape this reality. All parties are important: content creators, developers, investors, and now, the promoters of the ecosystem. I understand that the latter benefits all of us, but there is a popular saying that goes: "Shoe to your shoe". There are many things with which I could disagree, either because of technical ignorance or because of a different political vision of how governance is exercised; there is much room for improvement here.

Bien sabemos, que hay miles de proyectos que persiguen la adopción masiva, pero solo un puñado tienen posibilidad de éxito. Para los puristas, deslindarse del mercado tradicional es lo ideal, más la realidad obliga a involucrarse con el mercado en un periodo incierto de transición. HDB, según tengo entendido, empieza a ser considerado en el mercado, al posicionarse entre las treinta Stablecoin principales, y en consecuencia, considero que todas tienen una espada de Damocles en la CDBC. A mí, me gustaría poder pagar con hive en cualquier comercio sin tener que referirse a una moneda Fiat o usar un Exchange. Imagina comprar una manzana por un hive, ¡genial!, pero desgraciadamente estamos aún muy lejos de esta utopía.

We know that there are thousands of projects pursuing mass adoption, but only a handful have a chance of success. For purists, disengaging from the traditional market is ideal, but reality forces you to engage with the market in an uncertain period of transition. HBD, as I understand it, is beginning to be considered in the marketplace, as it positions itself among the top thirty stablecoins, and in that regard, I believe they all have a sword of Damocles in the CDBC. I would like to be able to pay with Hive at any merchant without having to refer to a fiat currency or use an Exchange. Imagine buying an apple for a hive, great, but unfortunately, we are still far away from this utopia.

No me cierro a la idea de eliminar la piscina de recompensa, siempre y cuando, el nuevo sistema sea más justo para todos los participantes del ecosistema. Sí… los inversores son importantes, pero sin contenido o productos, ellos nada pueden hacer. Sí... los creadores de contenidos son vitales, pero sin plataformas y vitrinas para exponer sus creaciones, quedan fuera del ruedo. He visto caer innovadoras plataformas por falta del apoyo de los dos tipos de participantes mencionados. El problema entonces, está en cautivar a una mayor audiencia, y que esta sienta la necesidad o el deseo de ser parte de una verdadera revolución. Aquí, mi amigo, está la clave. ¿Cómo? No lo sé con certeza, pero sospecho que se subsume en un medio fácil, rápido y seguro, en diseminar diversas fuentes de adquirir las criptos, fundamentado en una economía sana y sustentable en el tiempo. Creo que en la comunidad hay gente con talento para asumir el reto. Eso sí, cada quien en el nicho que más le siente, sin involucrarse en cómo use o gaste las recompensas los otros. A unos les irá mejor o peor que otros, siempre ha sido así.

I am not closed to the idea of eliminating the reward pool, as long as the new system is fairer for all participants in the ecosystem. Yes... investors are important, but without content or products, they can do nothing. Yes content creators are vital, but without platforms and showcases to showcase their creations, they are left out of the loop. I have seen innovative platforms fall due to the lack of support from the two types of participants mentioned above. The problem, then, is to captivate a wider audience, and for them to feel the need or the desire to be part of a true revolution. How? I don't know for sure, but I suspect that it is subsumed in an easy, fast, and secure means, of disseminating diverse sources of acquiring cryptos and is based on a healthy and sustainable economy over time. I believe that there are talented people in the community to take on the challenge. Of course, each one in the niche that best suits him/her, without getting involved in how he/she uses or spends the rewards. Some will do better or worse than others, it has always been like that.

Me dirás, sí tienes lógica, no has dicho nada que desconozcamos, y estoy de acuerdo contigo. Pero, ¿qué sugieres hacer para que Hive venza a la competencia en la adopción masiva?

Creo que la comunidad sucrense va por muy buen camino. Así que, sí los desarrolladores fuesen capaces de crear una billetera digital para celular multicadena enfocada en Hive con tasas de cambios competitivas, más de uno se sumaría a la causa.

Por otro lado, dotar de funciones para el SEO en las Dapps que faciliten al creador de contenido a posicionar sus contenidos en los principales motores de búsqueda. Sí, sé que esto en más fácil de decir que hacerlo, y dificulto de que ya no lo hayan pensado. Pero estarán de acuerdo de que estas están dirigidos al objetivo de: hacerlo más fácil, rápido y seguro. No obstante, considerado que hay que hacerlo lo más pronto posible, los demás también trabajan en esto con la ayuda de la inteligencia artificial, y con más recursos que nosotros.

I think the Sucrense community is on the right track. So, if developers were able to create a Hive-focused multi-chain mobile digital wallet with competitive exchange rates, more than one would join the cause.

On the other hand, equips Dapps with SEO features that make it easier for the content creator to rank their content in the major search engines. Yes, I know this is easier said than done, and it's hard to believe that you haven't already thought of it. But you will agree that these are aimed at the goal of making it easier, faster, and safer. However, considering that we have to do it as soon as possible, others are also working on this with the help of artificial intelligence, and with more resources than us.
