Introduction
The DRIP team is building a platform to allow passive investment in GameFi projects, with a focus on TCG and roguelike games. The team behind DRIP has extensive experience as business owners with a focus on turnarounds and previous exits. The team is passionate about investing into GameFi projects as an alternative asset class and they have over 30 years of experience playing, investing and trading gaming assets on both web2 and web3.
What is DRIP?
Our vision is to become the leading project that invests in GameFi assets and helps the developers and the DAO’s increase their user base and manage the ecosystem by providing liquidity to NFTs for players that want to sell their assets fast.
As a token holder you will benefit from the following team initiatives to generate value:
- Liquidity provider for OTC deals for fast liquidation of assets.
For example, we would buy a Gods Unchained card collection at 40% of the floor value and sell the cards over time at floor value, - generating at least a 50% ROI after fees. - Liquidity provider in LP pools and OTC token deals at a discount.
- Investments in private, pre-seed and launchpad rounds of projects we believe in that have long term hold value. This includes buying NFT’s that have to be used to play the games.
Team
Thorlock (Brent) is the founder of DRIP, he sold his business and is now a real estate investor and GameFi investor. His main role is to look for projects, act as treasurer and controller and sit on the investment committee.
Gondonar (Marc) runs business turnarounds as his day to day and is interested in trading and collectibles, his main role is trading, team building and project analysis due to utilizing his existing back office, he also sits in the investment committee.
Both are collectible lovers with trading cards and watches as their main hobby for the past 25 years.
The team does not draw any salary from the project, we pay the employees from our own pocket and our incentive is to get tokens, keep growing the assets under management and not sell any token until 2030.

Tokenomics
DRIP was launched in HIVE with a 1,000,000 total mint with 500,000 tokens to be sold as the pre-seed round with an average price of about $0.50, which will raise $250,000 to buy assets, 400,000 tokens for staking and other rewards and 100,000 for the team.
As of June 10, 2024, we have sold 240,030/500,000 DRIP tokens of the pre-seed round, distributed 151,900/400,000 in rewards and the team has earned 38,290/100,000.
The team is earning 82 DRIP a day, with half going to Thorlock and half to Gondonar, this will remain the same until we have raised the seed round. There is no cash burn as we are only working for the token and we do not plan to sell any for the first five years.
The top 10 holders hold 328,840 out of 430,220 distributed, 76.4% of current mint.
The team currently holds and stakes 230,235, 53.5% of current mint.
Staking rewards after July 1st will be ~10% APR.
v2 Tokenomics
We plan to mint 1,000,000 more tokens to raise cash for working capital to trade and provide liquidity.
500,000 Seed Round - Price $2 to raise $1,000,000. - 1 year cliff and then unlock over 3 years
Money will be used to trade, to invest in pre-seed and launchpads and to invest more in Splinterlands assets when there is a fire sale.
100,000 Public Sale - Price $10 to raise $1,000,000 - Immediate liquidity
We will raise a few months after seed round and once we have deployed some of the cash
400,000 Team - Vest over 4 years, fully locked for 4 years
Token will be used as payment instead of salaries for people working in the team.
After the Public Sale, these will be the final tokenomics.
Treasury
The treasury consists of $119,163 in assets from an initial raise of $100,700.
We are currently focused on the new Immutable zkEVM chain where hundreds of games are in the works. Currently our main investments there are Boomland Hunters and Guild of Guardians. We still have some secondary investments in games on other chains including Nine Chronicles and MEGA World.
FLUX is an investment that is not GameFi related but has performed very well being up nearly 200% from our purchase price. Our plans are to liquidate this position in the near future.
Roadmap
Our focus for 2024 is to finalize our initial two mints and get a good workflow for the team in preparation for the Public Round.
