Looking around these days a lot of terrible things are happening which we need to be so aware of. So many people are not willing to go on the process of using their brain and hands to work again. They have resolved to go for the already made that is why crime is becoming so high these days.
Can you imagine a woman hand back been stolen with all her valuables inside and the next thing the husband got was a message for him to remind her of her transaction pin? Shortly after that, all the money in her account was moved. All these happened within the space of 30 minutes. When she finally called home to let them know what she encountered that was when the family realized that she was not the one that sent the previous message.
There is a high need for us to protect our accounts against these fraudsters who are going around to seek who to defraud, most importantly as the year is going to an end. On no account should you give someone his or her pin through text message?
Also, I feel there are codes that every family uses and when it is used the trust remains that it is the person that is communicating. I remember some months ago when I needed to use of husband's ATM, I left home and on getting to the bank I forgot the pin. Immediately called to ask for the pin, he was reluctant but I had to convenience him that I was the one and mentioned some codes, he was at peace. Everyone around that heard the conversation was just smiling at me.
Money is not so easy to come by and what I mean by this is, one has to work to earn it does not fall from above like that, so we have to protect the one we have so much from these fraudsters.
