So it's nice getting to earn GM tokens by just using the GMfrens hashtag on Inleo. I love this. Since this is something we get to do all day. Gmfrens has become something we got used to for real. I also think some other tokens out there should get earned with some use case too and not just some tokens mint out there. I hope many other project tokens keep some use cases in their hashtags too.
The fact about minting a lot of NFTs is a topic to be discussed. And this is because NFTs are minted without any use case and I just have to buy them and keep holding in anticipation for a pump price in the future without any certainty of this stuff even pumping at all.
Just like Tsunsica said, there was a time a friend of mine kept on celebrating so badly just because he was able to be a part of those who bought an NFT, it was kinda of a scarce one, but after all, just some months after he bought the NFT, the floor price was released and my friend who must have anticipated a lot for a big blow-up was so disappointed to see that the price wasn’t even up to a quarter of what he had spent on buying it in the first place.
He had to keep it for some time but instead of the price increasing it was decreasing so bad and at some point it had no value again.
This is why I feel that NFTs shouldn’t just be minted for no use case and in the end, will have no reason for the mint. The correction to be made after mint is not something so easy to get by. Because a lot of people must have opted in for it.
There are many other projects too that have a good use case and these NFT projects should stand as a good sample to the crypto space and to other new projects that are about to launch. Not to just airdrop NFTs just because they are about to celebrate a season or maybe because they are about to get listed on some other exchanges without a good use case from the beginning.
