Empirical Knowledge is What You Need For Success

The way our society is built and the way the rules are written, there are suppose to be a whole lot of people doing different type of menial jobs and not enjoying the privilege while a few people become very important than others. The way our world is designed, for every one leader, there are to be many followers and people at the bottom. Yes, the way our world is programmed, just a few people are suppose to be at the top of the ladder and these people gate-keep the success from others. Do not mind all the grass to grace story you are told my friend by these millionaires and billionaires because they are not actually going to tell you the truth.

In other for you to achieve the success that most people do not have, you need to be able to break the code that most people cannot break and have the knowledge that most people do not have. Most of the time, conceptual knowledge will not take you anywhere while empirical knowledge will do a lot for you. What you learn in school is conceptual knowledge and this is what almost all of us get, and the system has designed that we all get but the majority of the conceptual knowledge learned are not useful for us at all.

People with conceptual knowledge have so much knowledge and they do not know what to do with them. They know how to write a business plan but not how to start a business, they know everything about product market fit and sales but they do not know how to create a product that the market needs. Most times, they have to learn another practical knowledge when they are employed.

Empirical knowledge is the knowledge that should be gotten to be at the top or ahead of other people. With empirical knowledge, you take practical things that worked in the past and learn from them. People who use this method of learning do not feel the need to test their knowledge through theories rather they learn by what they do.

If you want to be successful, find somebody that is successful and study them from top to bottom and be willing to to take practical risks rather than depend on theories. Study how these people think, how they talk, how they run their businesses, how they approach their work and businesses, how they think about the world and so on, then apply these things in your life and see how it works.

When you learn these things, be ready to try them out, learn from them, recreate and improve on them. Put things out in the real world and see if they work or not. If you do not have anyone to teach you how to pitch an idea to a client, then learn yourself and create your own way. Provided you can convince yourself that what you are doing is great, then you can convince others. If you do not have an expert teaching you things, learn yourself and grow on them.
