HIVE: CUBING UP AND THE MAJOR CHALLENGE.

So for the past days my mind has been occupied with not just my books but thoughts of my future. I don't mean to sound pessimistic, but with the government on the hunt for innovative youths to ruin them, how would I survive?

I may be ahead of myself but Hive is a hope I have right now towards a brighter future. Concerning investing more towards Hive, how would I get to not make the government see me?

Reading Belemo's post about the sleeper agents just threw my mind into a frenzy and it isn't supposed to be so. I mean, I'm still coming up so why kill myself now?

WHAT'S ON MY MIND...

I don't see myself doing a 9-5 anytime soon because I just don't. Well doing my IT(Industrial Training) in school might open up opportunities, given that some people have already approached me to write articles for them. And I'm talking people that work in our big media firms. The reason I haven't taken their offer is because I hate the feeling of being committed. And while the pay would be mouthwatering, I'm just not feeling it.

I PAID MYSELF...

Last month I had a target to pay myself N15,000 through Hive and I missed by N300. I made a new goal to pay myself N20,000 this month and guess what? I'm 4 HBD away from my goal. My mom is proud of me because I always get whatever I set my mind to and I'm also proud of me and proud of the Hive Community because they contributed a lot to this growth of mine. I do see a hope for my future...

TIME TO CUB UP...

I finally got to understand a lot about the Cub tokens thanks to the meeting on Sunday with @hivenaija. So I plan on investing in CUB next month and who knows? I'll end up joining the liquidity pool sooner or later. I got to understand that too thanks to the meeting. I'm still a bit skeptical on going big till I get my Nano Wallet because believe it or not, what happened to @belemo was no small joke and I can't seem to bring my head out of that dark place.

IF ONLY...

Given the dire situation Nigeria's in right now, I believe only one thing can possibly save us; If the coming President is actually foresighted and sees the importance of crypto. Nigeria has fallen deep into a pit and it'll take years to be what we once were. If by some miracle the incoming president is not "illiterate" and "greedy" but actually wants good for his people, we may have hope (or not...)

FRANCE–NIGERIA...

“We must be a country that is predictable. No company comes here and invests in a business that is not predictable. Today we have access to forex and tomorrow the government says we do not have access to forex,” – Sand K. Mba

Just like the above point, I don't know how much forex and Crypto are related but I've tried reading about it and still can't grasp their similarities or differences enough– I agree with Mba. Even if forex may be very different from crypto, it doesn't stop the fact that these people (the investors these illiterate government hope to attract) deal with crypto in one way or another. If they are really hoping to woo investors into this "country", I don't see how suffocating the world's best asset is helping. I mean this is old news about building a strong economy but presently, our billionaires and multi-millionaires are involved in Cryptocurrency one way or another. And they keep crying "investment". (SMH)

I am really curious now to see what after 2023 would be like. Doom or salvation?
Comments are greatly appreciated.
