Nací en un pueblo pequeño pero grande en Historia y Cultura ubicado en el occidente del país y a orillas del Mar Caribe. #introducemyself Soy originario de La Vela de Coro (donde Francisco de Miranda izó nuestra bandera nacional por primera vez) en el Estado Falcón. I was born in a small town but great in History and Culture located in the western of the country and on the shores of the Caribbean Sea. I am originally from La Vela de Coro (where Francisco de Miranda raised our national flag for the first time) in the Falcón State. Salesian of Christian formation by studying high school at the Pío XII School in Coro.
El dilema está presente y muy vigente.
Graduado como Ingeniero Civil, con pregrado en Computación, por años trabajé para IBM de Vzla. Mis comienzos en programación Basic, cobol, luego surgieron las PC workstation, las Mainframes, AS400, las Laptop y en último momento con la llegada del Internet configuraron en mí un hombre de algoritmo y manejador de dilemas con un alto desempeño.
Luego vino una etapa de Ingeniero Civil de grandes obras e inmensos desafíos con el fenómeno natural conocido como "la vaguada" que afectó Estados como La Guaira, Falcón, Aragua, Miranda entre otros y todo el sistema vial Nacional compuesto por autopistas y carreteras troncales, es así que llego a dirigir la oficina Regional del Ministerio de Transporte y Comunicaciones del Estado Falcón.

Graduated as a Civil Engineer, with a degree in Computer Science, for years I worked for IBM in Vzla. My beginnings in Basic programming, cobol, then PC workstations, Mainframes, AS400, Laptops emerged and at the last moment with the arrival of the Internet they configured in me an algorithm man and dilemma handler with high performance.
Then came a stage as a Civil Engineer of great works and immense challenges with the natural phenomenon known as "la trough" that affected States such as La Guaira, Falcón, Aragua, Miranda among others and the entire National road system composed of highways and trunk roads, This is how I came to direct the Regional Office of the Ministry of Transportation and Communications of the State of Falcón.

Además, sumo la experiencia laboral reciente como Director de obras para CONATEL y se convirtió en la síntesis de todo un camino recorrido. Proyectar, planificar y construir infraestructura, asociada a las telecomunicaciones conjugó en mi, experiencias, ideas, proyectos y soluciones masivas a gran escala de nuevas etapas del desarrollo y evolución del país con la red de fibra óptica y los enlaces o nodos para interconectar sistemas digitales con sistemas electromagnéticos, en un país con una fuerte y sólida plataforma en telecomunicaciones y una cultura tradicional de valores asociados al uso de la Radio y la Televisión .

In addition, I added my recent work experience as Construction Director for CONATEL and it became the synthesis of an entire path traveled. Projecting, planning and building infrastructure, associated with telecommunications, combined in with experiences, ideas, projects and massive large-scale solutions of new stages of the development and evolution of the country with the fiber optic network and the links or nodes to interconnect digital systems with electromagnetic systems, in a country with a strong and solid telecommunications platform and a traditional culture of values associated with the use of Radio and Television.

RADIOPEROLA el árbol de la comunicación.
Estando en esas funciones en CONATEL y grandes responsabilidades inicio un proyecto personal denominado "RADIOPEROLA" como líder del mismo, junto con un equipo humano de colaboradores, es registrado en FONACIT (Fondo Nacional para el desarrollo de la ciencia y la tecnología), para solicitud de financiamiento del mismo. Siendo aprobado y quedando suspendido luego por las sanciones económicas del país a partir del 2017 hasta esta fecha.
Así fué como empecé a desarrollar el Proyecto "Radioperola" primero en web2 y reciente en Web3 buscando monetizar el tiempo de escucha de los usuarios, algo así como L2E (Listen to Earn), de la misma manera como hacen con el juego a través del gaming (P2E) y las aplicaciones de videos o movies (Netflix, Magic, PayPerview entre otros). La oportunidad de desarrollar este proyecto con la plataforma HIVE.io en blockchain es verdaderamente fabulosa. La capacidad de desarrollo que pueden sumar todos cripto mineros, Hivers, witnesses o Comunidades en red a la fase algorítmica de las métricas y asi facilitar que masivamente RADIOPEROLA permita a todos los oyentes de la radio y a los propietarios de estaciones radiales, al igual que a todos aquellos que deseen participar en la monetización y trading de las Criptomonedas (stables, memes, NFT) en tiempo real.
Este proyecto está inspirado en un hombre que marcó mi vida desde niño, cuando era joven y ahora es mi ejemplo del ser humano en el presente. Este ilustre personaje es nuestro Cantautor y artista de la Patria Alí Primera.

Being in these functions in CONATEL and with great responsibilities, I started a personal project called "RADIOPEROLA" as its leader, together with a human team of collaborators, it is registered in FONACIT (National Fund for the development of science and technology), for application financing thereof. This is how I began to develop the "Radioperola" Project, first in web2 and recently in Web3, seeking to monetize users' listening time, something like L2E (Listen to Earn), in the same way as they do with the game through the gaming (P2E) and video or movie applications (Netflix, Magic, PayPerview among others). The opportunity to develop this project with the HIVE.io platform on blockchain is truly fabulous. The development capacity that all crypto miners, hivers, witnesses or network communities can add to the algorithmic phase of the metrics and thus facilitate the massive RADIOPEROLA that allows all radio listeners and owners of radio stations, as well as all those who wish to participate in the monetization and trading of Cryptocurrencies (stables, memes, NFT) in real time.
This project is inspired by a man who marked my life since I was a child, when he was young and now he is my example of a human being in the present. This illustrious character is our singer-songwriter and artist from the Patria Alí Primera.

En mi actividad privada el mundo gremial me ha acompañado. Estuve en el Colegio de Ingenieros de Venezuela Seccional Falcón como VicePresidente por 10 años. Ahora gremialmente pertenezco a la Directiva de la Cámara de Exportadores e Importadores del Estado Falcón como miembro fundador, y CEO de Digubica distribuidora de bienes y servicios hacia las Islas ABC del Caribe desde el Estado Falcón.

Algoritmos como una receta de cocina.
Actualmente escribo un libro sobre algoritmos para principiantes. La idea que los algoritmos sean tan sencillos como una receta de cocina es una forma única y accesible de presentarlos a los estudiantes y curiosos. Creo que con este enfoque de simplificar el concepto de los algoritmos y destacar su aplicabilidad es muy buena y contribuiría a un mundo menos abrumador. Este libro tiene como título "El algoritmo de tu vida: cuándo inicia y cómo termina". Buscando desmontar ese mito de que los algoritmos son complejos y tediosos, mi intención es que el manejo de los algoritmos sea tan fácil como cepillarse los dientes, y que la comprensión del concepto sea tan natural como saber que todos los días sale el sol. Así de esta manera maravillosa podremos hacer de los algoritmos accesibles y entendibles para todos.Tambien comparto los ratos libres jugando ajedrez o Chess con amigos, desde niño me ha fascinado esta disciplina por su misticismo que encierra. Conjugar Estrategias, ofensivas o defensivas, gambito, enroques, posiciones avanzadas y todo lo referente al movimiento de cada pieza para tumbar al Rey. Aún mantengo a José Raúl Capablanca ELO2725 como mi jugador insigne y no me han hecho cambiar de idea aún los nuevos campeones mundiales ELO.

I am currently writing a book on algorithms for beginners. The idea that algorithms are as simple as a cooking recipe is a unique and accessible way to present them to students and the curious. I think that this approach of simplifying the concept of algorithms and highlighting their applicability is very good and would contribute to a less overwhelming world. This book is titled "The algorithm of your life: when it starts and how it ends." Seeking to dismantle the myth that algorithms are complex and tedious, my intention is that using algorithms is as easy as brushing your teeth, and that understanding the concept is as natural as knowing that the sun rises every day. So in this wonderful way we can make algorithms accessible and understandable to everyone.I also share my free time playing chess with friends. Since I was a child I have been fascinated by this discipline because of the mysticism it contains. Combine strategies, offensive or defensive, gambit, castling, advanced positions and everything related to the movement of each piece to knock down the King. I still maintain José Raúl Capablanca ELO2725 as my flagship player and the new ELO world champions have not yet changed my mind.
