Is not if your hardware is good or bad, its if it have NPU
I have a decent computer and i cant to crap
(Ryzen 5 5600x - rx 580x - 40GB RAM - MSI Bazooka B550m)
Maybe if you have a good RTX from Nvidia above 30X0 could do something
The most great thing i was able to do is captioning videos
