There has always been a great hope for green energy and Solar and Wind energy plays a vital role in producing free or green energy. Solar energy is the best option among all the options available right now. The reason is that there are lots of innovations happening around solar implementation and the cost of implementation is also very less.
In the next few years demand for more energy production will greatly increase and there will be a lot more people who produce their energy and send it to the grid. This energy will then be used for people. Having a universal energy grid similar to the global internet facility we have will be the best solution and I believe Telsla will try to do something similar. It may not be easy to increase awareness on this topic and make people produce energy on their own but the future might move in that direction.
New innovations
There are so many innovations happening in the energy generation sector. People focus on creating many innovations. With the help of this advancement, we can produce energy for a cheaper cost and the excess energy produced can also be sent back to the grid. Earlier the size and type of the panels were different and today the panel size and capacity have greatly improved. With a smaller size, it is now possible to produce a lot of energy. Soon there will be similar innovations in the other types of energy production too.
Increase in stock price
Some of the energy stocks are having a very good time. One favourite of mine is Suzlon who recently saw a great pump. The price of the stock jumped from 7 Rs to as high as 80 Rs per stock. This is a great increase and I'm unfortunate to not hold that stock. Hopefully, people who are holding that stock should have had a great advantage. Even now it is a good time to invest in energy stocks. I'm not sure if it is a good time right now to invest in Suzlon but I feel that it can be a good time to choose some stocks that are very low in price and invest in them.
Cheap to make our energy
Today because of the advancement in this sector, it is cheap to produce our own energy. Some people produce their energy and consume it by themselves. Some people use on-grid solar and send the electricity produced through solar or wind energy back to the grid and earn credits from the government for the same. Later during the night time, the credits will be used.
Focus is more on individual production
It is expected that the focus in the future can completely shift to individual production. Today we are using thermal power plants to generate power in southern India. But now people understand the importance of producing their energy and they try to send the excess to the grid and at the same time consume only what is required for them.
Along with solar energy generation other types of free energy generation is also gaining its popularity.
