Space is valuable, so its incumbent on you to acquire it, and it will be your responsibility to understand what is attached to owning it. As such too, its on your shoulders to know and follow the laws, for justice isn't for hire, justice isn't for profit, but justice isn't toothless and if they must compel and persuade you to stand before justice, they have every right to.
