I have been using the front end of InLeo for months now, and I can see the community's continuous growth. The team has been working hard to grow the community through different partnerships and collaborations with other communities.
I am also starting to love creating short-form content via InLeo as it has real engagement and a stronger foundation for community building.
As I continue to use the platform, I decided to fully invest my time, effort, and money in Hive and think of this as my “business”, at least, in different aspects.
As a business, you have to invest some of your money, so I decided to buy InLeo premium for 10 HBD to give back to the community and experience being a premium user.
This was not really my first time being a premium user because @taskmaster4450le gave me a gift probably 2 months ago to experience this, it was really worth it when it comes to getting more attention from other users as you are somewhat entitled as a “serious” user when it comes to supporting the community.
After it expires, I promised myself that I would save some HBD to buy another premium and this month, I decided to fulfill this promise after accumulating enough $LEO tokens that are converted to HBD right away.
It is important to mention that @sabrinah also helped me to fulfill this promise after receiving 39 LEO tokens from her because I still need those tokens to fully pay the 10 HBD due to market fluctuations.
Now, I plan to create more threads in the community. I love sharing short-form content because I do not have to overthink my way of writing. I can write short, brief, and casual tone content without thinking much about the format, but of course, ensuring that it is quality content to get more engagement from other users.
Hive account weekly report
Recently, I decided to create a weekly report on my Hive progress at my InLeo account to see the increase in my engagement and Hive earnings. It’s not that I am comparing having a premium vs not, but I want to know if I am spending more time on Hive, being productive on my stay on chain, and enjoying being a premium user.
Before buying premium, I have this amount of Hive, HP, HBD, and LEO tokens. Of course, the 7 days rewards before this were not included yet, but let us just assume that we this is our base point.

Starting my own threadcast
For users who don’t know, you can start your own threadcast on InLeo and discuss any topic that you want. I’ve been seeing popular users on the platform doing this and so I thought of doing the same.
Yesterday, I started my own threadcast using the tag #randomthreadcast where the main context is you can ask anything on the threadcast on different topics – except personal matters. Any topic that you want. It is more likely an AMA, but everyone can answer and share their thoughts and ideas.

Also, the question thing is not limited to me because everyone can ask a question or answer a question. So, in short, it is more likely a short Question and Answer forum for everyone.
I successfully launched the threadcast and planning to continue doing this twice a week. The thing is, you are getting a bit of advertisement for yourself because your avatar will appear on top of the front end indicating that you started a threadcast.
This is one advantage of being a premium user because everyone can start a threadcast, but as far as I know, only premium users will appear on the top of the front-end.
I do think being a premium gives a lot of benefits to its users. You can even start being a full-time creator by turning on your creator subscription and receiving a solid 5 HBD from your followers when they subscribe. But as of now, I am still in the middle of thinking about what I can offer that is worth to subscribe by my followers.
This is just a short update on my Hive things, thank you for reading!
