Hey Hey! We are back to brew another timeless deck. Attempt 1 was fun for a zombie lover, but it lacked speed. With our second Timeless brew I plan to cast my whole deck, and early. When we were testing this, I picked up a turn 2 win on the very first game! It dosent always happen, but dark ritual can break a game if you get 2 in your opener. Thats timeless baby! The plan is pretty darn simple. Land bolas as fast as you can, then cast your whole deck. We Dark Ritural + treasures to quickly get off our Citadel. Woe Strider can sac the 1 drops to make treasures while also scrying for Citadel. Woe Strider also cycles away lands off the top after Citadel is in play, and the rest of the deck to sustain your life and win while you cast the whole thing. The win con is from draining life, or Dina's life gain damage. It's pretty simple, can be really fast, and it kinda feels like gambling lol. This deck tops out at a very rare turn 1 win... 3 dark rituals, a swamp, boals, and some luck
Timeless seems to have alot of The One Rings and Orcish Bowmasters. I like how Zulaport Cutthroat and Dina can win regardless of The One Ring ETB trigger, as they drain life without targeting. Shambling ghast is also great vs Bowmasters, denying them a valid target if you turn 1-2 your Ghasts. We decided to skip those 2 overplayed cards in our deck, and instead play around them
