Hola comunidad de Movies and TV Shows, es mi primer post por acá y les vengo a contar de un reality show del cual soy un gran admirador. El Desafío The Box 2023 llegó a su fin el pasado día 25 de julio. Luego de más de 65 días de rodaje y 82 capítulos al aire.
Este reality pertenece a la cadena de televisión colombiana Caracol TV. Su primera transmisión fue en el año 2004 y actualmente cuenta con 17 Temporadas. La trama se basa en un grupo de jóvenes concursantes que compiten en diferentes pistas. Estos se van eliminando ciclo por ciclo hasta llegar a los dos finalistas para a la postre compitan por el título. Se otorga un título por cada sexo, osea al final habrá un campeón hombre y una mujer.
Hello Movies and TV Shows community, this is my first post here and I'm here to tell you about a reality show of which I'm a big fan. The Box 2023 Challenge came to an end on July 25. After more than 65 days of filming and 82 episodes on the air.
This reality show belongs to the Colombian television network Caracol TV. It was first aired in 2004 and currently has 17 seasons. The plot is based on a group of young contestants who compete in different tracks. They are eliminated cycle by cycle until they reach the two finalists to compete for the title. One title is awarded for each gender, so in the end there will be a male and a female champion.

En lo personal como ya les dije soy un gran fan de este reality show. Lo vengo viendo desde el año 2016 a través del llamado "paquete semanal" en Cuba. A tal punto llega mi fanatismo por este programa de televisión que el nombre de mi hija es honor a una gran concursante de este programa, Karoline Rodríguez, mi hija se llama Liv Karoline Rodríguez.
Esta temporada el show estuvo cargado de muchas sorpresas de principio a fin. Participaron de todo tipo de concursantes, desde influencer, choferes, cantantes hasta personas con raíces indígenas. Hubo fuertes discusiones, grandes lazos de amistades creados y hasta principios de relaciones amorosas entre los participantes.
Personally as I told you I am a big fan of this reality show. I have been watching it since 2016 through the so-called "weekly package" in Cuba. To such an extent my fanaticism for this TV show that my daughter's name is in honor of a great contestant of this show, Karoline Rodriguez, my daughter's name is Liv Karoline Rodriguez.
This season the show was loaded with many surprises from beginning to end. All kinds of contestants participated, from influencers, drivers, singers to people with indigenous roots. There were strong arguments, great bonds of friendships created and even the beginnings of love relationships among the participants.
Los finalistas y las presentadoras del reality.
Durante la competencia se destacaron muchos participantes. Por los hombres Rapelo, Kaboom (campeón mundial de boxeo), Escudero (segunda voz de Maluma) y Yan (segundo lugar entre los hombres. El campeón entre los varones fue el concursante que más se destacó durante toda la Temporada y favorito para muchos, Sensei. Quien además de ser un excelente competidor le dió honor a su nombre siendo el maestro de muchos en las pistas.
Por las mujeres para sopresa de muchos entre los que mi incluyo, ganó Aleja. Esta competidora demostró muchas deficiencias y debilidades durante todo el reality, incluso salió eliminando pero regresó por una lesión de otra participante. En la etapa final sacó toda su casta de guerrera y fue eliminando a todas las favoritas. Ya en la final ante una Guajira súper favorita remontó en la pista y se llevó una increíble victoria.
During the competition, many participants stood out. For the men Rapelo, Kaboom (world boxing champion), Escudero (second voice of Maluma) and Yan (second place among men). The champion among the men was the contestant who stood out the most during the whole season and favorite for many, Sensei. Sensei, who besides being an excellent competitor, lived up to his name by being the teacher of many on the dance floor.
For the women, to the surprise of many, including myself, Aleja won. This competitor showed many deficiencies and weaknesses throughout the reality show, she was even eliminated but came back due to an injury of another participant. In the final stage she showed all her warrior qualities and eliminated all the favorites. In the final against a super favorite Guajira, she came back and won an incredible victory.

Al terminar de visualizar este último capítulo del reality se quedó como un vacío en mí. Repito soy un gran fan y estaba acostumbrado a ver un episodio diario. Se los recomiendo a todos y más a los amantes de los concursos de participación de habilidades. Solo queda esperar al mes de marzo del 2024, fecha en que debe salir la próxima edición.
When I finished watching this last chapter of the reality show, it left a void in me. I repeat I am a big fan and I was used to watching an episode every day. I recommend it to everyone and more to the lovers of skill participation contests. We can only wait for March 2024, when the next edition should be released.
