2012, The best disaster movie I've ever seen. My opinions and review.

Greetings and good morning my dear friends who love movies and everything hive in general, it is a pleasure for me to return here after a few days without publishing. I hope everyone is doing well and having a great day. Today I want to share my opinions about one of the best movies I've seen belonging to the catastrophe genre.

I want to tell you about my favorite parts, the things I liked the most, some interesting facts and a general review of the plot. Before I start I would like to leave a small spoiler alert in case you have not seen the movie, since I will mention important parts of the plot. Knowing this we start this interesting topic.

One of my favorite genres within the great universe of cinema is undoubtedly that of catastrophes, I have a special appreciation for this. From a young age I had a great interest in all productions belonging to this genre and I maintain it today. I have seen a wide variety of movies, each one with its own good points to highlight, but without a doubt I have a favorite above all the others and this is nothing more and nothing less than 2012.

There are many points to highlight in this film, from the spectacular visual effects, the stellar performances of the characters and the spectacular script, but before beginning I will tell you a brief summary of the plot so that you can remember it and a very interesting detail of it. .

The plot.

Unlike many post-apocalyptic movies or within the catastrophe genre that always take us to the future where the end of the world occurs, 2012 sets us in the same year it was released, that is, the present at that time, 2009. This was a great detail on the part of the director because he gave much more relevance and importance to the story.

In this world we follow the life of a writer named Jackson Curtis who is played by John Cusack and he will be the protagonist. He has recently divorced his wife and is trying to win back the trust of his children. What he doesn't know is that he is about to face the end of the world as we know it.

While all people continue with their normal lives, the world is approaching events that will change the world order. We will see how governments and the most powerful try to find a solution to the inevitable. Among them, they create, under the highest secrecy, some huge ships that in the film are called coffers.

So in order not to make the summary of the story too long, the plot focuses on the protagonists and the people trying to leave their countries of origin. This looking to reach the location of the coffers before time runs out and to survive with their families.

My favorite part.

Knowing the above and remembering a bit, it was time to tell you about my favorite part or scene of the whole movie. This is located at the beginning when the first huge earthquakes begin and the earth begins its destruction. It is intriguing to see how the protagonists try to survive despite the great disaster that surrounds them.

The scenes and special effects used in this sequence are masterful, so much so that I don't think I've seen another disaster movie with such a shocking part and so well done.

Obtaining each of the captures that I have just shown you was quite a challenge, because despite having the film with excellent quality, the scenes are in constant movement.

Things I liked the most about the movie.

Now I will tell you about some points in general that I liked about the film and for which I consider it one of my favorites within its genre:

The script: The script is one of the things that I want to highlight about the film, since it is perfectly done. I have seen disaster movies that, although they have good scenes, their story and the development of the characters remain inferior.

In this film the opposite occurs, we see an excellent plot that is not wasted, each character has important dialogues that add value to the plot and makes the story more immersive for the viewer. It is so good that one is intrigued from the beginning to the end.

The performance of the characters: And of course, another aspect to highlight in this great film is the development of its characters, since we see an incredible performance or change from the beginning. To mention an example is the role of John Cusack who at first seemed somewhat clueless and then takes all the credit for creating a very capable character.

In general, the performance of all the characters was excellent because together they created an immeasurable atmosphere that almost makes you feel the despair to survive that they live in the movie.

The special effects: And of course I could not fail to mention the best of a disaster movie, its special effects, without these the film would lack any attraction. How well they have been made is one of the things that have made the film one of my favorites within its genre.

Fun facts.

Before finishing I wanted to leave you with some curious facts that I have known about it and have even lived closely, we see:

.The story of the end of the world that is represented within the film is influenced by some beliefs of some ancient civilizations in real life. It is based on what could have happened due to the end of the Mayan calendar.

If you remember at the beginning, I mentioned that the film was released and is set before the year 2012 arrives, which is when these beliefs are fulfilled. Well, the interesting and funny thing about the case is when people saw the movie, many came to think or believe that something would happen in 2012.

I remember that at that time some close friends joked that you had to enjoy life before 2012 because the world was ending. Even some celebrities and comedians from our country became a trend with the plot predicted by the film. Fortunately for all of us nothing ever happened, Hahaha.

2012, La mejor película de catástrofes que he visto. Mis opiniones y review.

Saludos y buenos días mis queridos amigos amantes del cine y de todo hive en general, es un placer para mi volver por acá después unos días sin publicar. Espero que todos se encuentren muy bien y teniendo un excelente día. Hoy quiero compartirles mis opiniones sobre una de las mejores películas que he visto pertenecientes al género de catástrofes.

Quiero contarles sobre mis partes favoritas, las cosas que más me han gustado, algunos datos curiosos y una reseña en general de la trama. Antes de empezar quisiera dejar una pequeña alerta de spoilers por si no has visto la película, ya que mencionaré partes importantes del argumento. Sabiendo esto damos comienzo a este interesante tema.

Uno de mis géneros favoritos dentro del gran universo del cine es sin duda el de catástrofes, a este le tengo un aprecio especial. Desde una corta edad tuve un gran interés por toda producción perteneciente a este género y hoy día lo mantengo. He visto una gran variedad de películas, cada una con sus buenos puntos a destacar, pero sin duda tengo una favorita por encima de todas las demás y esta es nada más y nada menos que 2012.

De esta película hay muchos puntos a destacar, desde los espectaculares efectos visuales, las estelares actuaciones de los personajes y el espectacular guion, pero antes de comenzar les contaré un breve resumen de la trama para que puedan recordarla y un detalle muy interesante de la misma.

La trama.

A diferencia de muchas películas postapocalípticas o dentro del género de catástrofes que siempre nos llevan al futuro en donde ocurre el fin del mundo, 2012 nos ambienta en el mismo año que fue lanzada, es decir el presente para ese entonces el 2009. Este fue un gran detalle por parte del director pues le dio mucha más relevancia e importancia a la historia.

En este mundo seguimos la vida de un escritor llamado Jackson Curtis que es interpretado por John Cusack y el será el protagonista. Este recientemente se ha divorciado de su mujer y está intentando recuperar la confianza de sus hijos. Lo que él no sabe es que está a punto de enfrentarse al fin del mundo como lo conocemos.

Mientras todas las personas siguen con su vida normal el mundo se acerca a unos acontecimientos que cambiarán el orden mundial. Veremos cómo los gobiernos y los más poderosos intentan buscar una solución a lo inevitable. Entre ellos crean bajo el más alto secreto unos inmensos barcos que en la película le llaman las arcas.

Entonces para no hacer muy largo el resumen de la historia, la trama se centra en los protagonistas y las personas intentando salir de sus países de origen. Esto buscando llegar a la ubicación de las arcas antes de que se termine el tiempo y poder sobrevivir junto sus familias.

Mi parte favorita.

Conociendo lo anterior y recordando un poco llegó el momento de contarles sobre mi parte o escena favorita de toda la película. Esta se ubica al principio cuando empiezan los primeros enormes terremotos y la tierra comienza su destrucción. Es intrigante ver como los protagonistas intentan sobrevivir pese al gran desastre que los rodea.

Las escenas y efectos especiales usados en esta secuencia son magistrales, tanto así que no creo haber visto otra película de catástrofes con una parte tan impactante y tan bien realizada.

Conseguir cada una de las capturas que les acabo de mostrar fue todo un reto, pues pese a yo poseer la película con una excelente calidad las escenas están en constante movimiento.

Cosas que más me han gustado de la película.

Ahora les contaré sobre algunos puntos en general que me han gustado de la película y por los cuales la considero una de mis favoritas dentro de su género:

El guion: El guion es una de las cosas que quiero destacar de la cinta, pues está perfectamente realizado, he visto películas de catástrofes que aunque tienen buenas escenas su historia y el desenvolvimiento de los personajes se queda por debajo.

En esta película ocurre lo contrario, vemos una excelente trama que no tiene desperdicio, cada personaje tiene diálogos importantes que aportan valor al argumento y hace más inmersiva la historia para el espectador. Es tan bueno que uno se queda intrigado desde el principio hasta el final.

La actuación de los personajes: Y como no otro de los aspectos a destacar de esta gran película es el desarrollo de sus personajes, pues vemos una performance o cambio increíble desde el comienzo. Por mencionar un ejemplo está el papel de John Cusack que al principio parecía algo despistado y después se lleva todos los meritos al crear un personaje muy capaz.

En general la actuación de todos los personajes fue excelente pues entre todos crearon una atmosfera inmenciva que casi te hacen sentir el desespero por sobrevivir que viven dentro de la película.

Los efectos especiales: Y por supuesto no podía dejar de mencionar lo mejor de una película de catástrofes, sus efectos especiales, sin estos la cinta carecería de ningún atractivo. Lo bien que han sido realizados es una de las cosas que han hecho de la cinta una de mis favoritas dentro de su género.

Datos curiosos.

Antes de terminar quería dejarles algunos datos curiosos que he conocido de la misma e incluso he vivido de cerca, vemos:

.La historia del fin del mundo que se representa dentro de la película está influenciada por algunas creencias de algunas civilizaciones antiguas de la vida real. Está basada en lo que podría haber sucedido por el fin del calendario maya.

Si recuerdan al comienzo les mencione que la película se estreno y se ambienta antes de que llegue el año 2012, que es cuando se cumplen estas creencias. Pues lo interesante y divertido del caso es cuando la gente veía la película muchos llegaron a pensar o creer que si sucedería algo en el año 2012.

Recuerdo que por aquel entonces algunos amigos cercanos bromeaban en que había que disfrutar la vida antes del 2012 pues se acababa el mundo. Incluso algunos famosos y humoristas de nuestro país llegaron a hacer tendencia con la trama que predecía la película. Afortunadamente para todos nosotros nunca llego a pasar nada, Jajaja.
