This series is about a spy, codenamed Twilight, who, located in a country that achieved peace with its neighboring nation, must approach the leaders of a political faction of that nation that seeks war, to find out their plans and avoid a possible armed conflict; to do so, he must pose as a normal person and pretend to be a family. Thus begins the most difficult mission of his life, which will start this fun animated comedy series.
Each episode is super comical and makes perfect use of the personalities of the main characters. The main character using his fake identity known as Loid Forger, always maintains his role as the ideal father at all times, but always analyzing everything carefully and foreseeing every detail, although he is often frustrated by how difficult it is that the mission depends on people who are not trained, nor know about their mission, or appear to know nothing.
Esta serie trata sobre un espía, de nombre clave Twilight, que situado en un país que logró la paz con su nación vecina, debe acercarse a los líderes de una facción política de dicha nación que buscan la guerra, para averiguar sus planes y evitar una posible conflicto armado; para ello debe hacerse pasar por una persona normal y fingir una familia. Así comenzará la más difícil misión de su vida, que dará inicio a esta divertida serie animada de comedia.
Cada episodio es súper cómico y hace perfecto uso de las personalidades de los personajes principales. El protagonista usando su identidad falsa conocido como Loid Forger, mantiene siempre su papel de padre ideal en todo momento, pero siempre analizando todo cuidadosamente y previendo cada detalle, aunque a menudo se ve frustrado por lo difícil que es que la misión dependa de personas que no están entrenadas, ni saben de su misión, o aparentan no saber nada.
Then we have Yor, a somewhat clueless woman who pretends to be married to Loid so that no one suspects her second job; it turns out that she is secretly a fierce assassin working for the government, wiping out her nation's enemies. Just like Loid no one, not even him, knows about her secret profession. In each chapter she will always be trying to be an ideal mother, giving us beautiful and funny scenes; she always helps to solve problems that arise chapter by chapter, and that end up helping Loid to protect his identity as an infiltrated agent.
Luego tenemos a Yor, una mujer un tanto despistada que finge estar casada con Loid para que nadie sospeche de su segundo trabajo; resulta que en secreto es una feroz asesina que trabaja para el gobierno, acabando con los enemigos de su nación. Al igual que Loid nadie, ni siquiera él, saben de su profesión secreta. En cada capítulo siempre estará intentando ser una madre ideal, regalándonos bonitas y divertidas escenas; ella ayuda siempre a resolver problemas que se van presentando capítulo a capítulo, y que terminan ayudando a que Loid resguarde su identidad como agente infiltrado.
Finally we have Anya, of the three main characters she is the one who gets the most attention, and surely was the reason for many to stay watching the series. She is a "six" year old girl that Loid adopted and passed off as his biological daughter to maintain his alibi; she is, of the three characters that make up the Forger family, the most charismatic. It also turns out that Anya has telepathic powers, she always reads people's minds and uses it to her advantage, helping on more than one occasion her adoptive father to solve problems; she is also the only one who knows her parents' secrets, but her parents do not know her powers.
It is her way of acting, with innocence and curiosity, typical of a child that makes the series so much fun; and adding her funny expressions makes her an unforgettable character. She sets out to help Loid accomplish his mission, then strives to get close to the target's son, who studies with her, and be among the best students in his school.
Por ultimo tenemos a Anya, de los tres protagonistas ella es la que se lleva más la atención, y seguramente fue la razón de muchos de quedarse viendo la serie. Ella es una niña de “seis” años que Loid adoptó, he hizo pasar por su hija biológica para mantener su cuartada; ella es, de los tres personajes que conforman a la familia Forger, la más carismática. Resulta además que Anya tiene poderes telepáticos, siempre lee las mentes de las personas y lo usa beneficio, ayudando en más de una ocasión a su padre adoptivo a resolver los problemas; también es la única que conoce los secretos de sus padres, pero sus padres no conocen sus poderes.
Es su forma de actuar, con inocencia y curiosidad, típicas de un niño lo que hace a la serie tan divertida; y añadiendo sus expresiones tan divertidas la convierten en un personaje inolvidable. Ella se propone ayudar a Loid a cumplir su misión, entonces se esfuerza para acercarse al hijo del objetivo, que estudia con ella, y ser de los mejores estudiantes de su escuela.
If I had to pick a favorite episode, I would say it's the burnout competition episode; where secondary characters had a chance to shine a little bit by making use of the comedy characteristic of the series. They used the childlike vision of the characters that starred in the episode, to give it incredible emotion and drama.
Si tuviera que escoger un episodio favorito, diría que es el capítulo de la competencia de quemados; donde personajes secundarios tuvieron oportunidad de brillar un poco haciendo uso de la comedia característica de la serie. Usaron la visión infantil de los personajes que protagonizaban el episodio, para darle una emoción y dramatismo increíble.
Anyway, I guarantee that this short series will make you laugh; if you have a netflix account you will be able to watch it quietly. Soon the second part of this first season will be released, I highly recommend it if you are looking for something entertaining to watch in your free time.
