I'm happy to suggest you watch another legal film, as I have decided to create a collection of this type of film; Anyone who has read my reviews will understand. This is also a true story, numerous people are involved in this too who are civil parties to file the lawsuit against an American giant: the large Pacific Gas & Electric company. The difference is that the one leading the games here is a woman, Erin Brockovich, played by her, the beautiful Julia Roberts, who in this Legal movie has the honor of playing a heroine!! She is the main role on which the whole film revolves, she is a woman without any legal knowledge who brings forward a civil action worth 330 million dollars. She is a mother struggling with big problems: raising her children as a single mother, money and finding a job. But her inner strength and desperation make her find work as an archivist at a law firm; there he accidentally discovers the attempted cover-up of a lawsuit involving the poisoning of the aquifers of an American town which threatens the health of the entire community. He immediately understands that something isn't right; she starts doing research.....it's not easy, on the contrary.......but she is strong, tenacious, stubborn and thus becomes the spokesperson for all those who have no voice. We can say that this woman has several extra gears.....she is empathetic, sensitive, tenacious, endowed with a spirit of sacrifice, this is how she manages to achieve this even without great legal knowledge. Erin Brockovich is living proof that an ordinary person can change the world. Julia Roberts received the Oscar and the Golden Globe for best actress in 2001 for her performance. The director is Steven Sodenberg; a curiosity concerns Carla Shamberg, wife of Michael Shamberg, one of the partners of Jersey Film; during a physiotherapy session Carla Shanberg hears about Erin's story, she talks about it with her husband, who finds it interesting, so she decides to produce the film, entrusting the direction to Sodenberg. Roberts received a stellar salary for this performance, 20 million dollars, but look at her and then tell me if she doesn't deserve every penny of it.
Let's feast our eyes on her because she is beautiful and very sexy, she is in her best shape and she is a great actress.
