Siempre he tenido problemas al buscar series chinas, ya que las más populares y abundantes suelen utilizar el mismo argumento: una pareja que termina coincidiendo en todo y acaban felices para siempre, pero con diferentes personajes. Todo termina siendo muy cursi y, en ocasiones, poco realista. Por eso me encanta cuando encuentro algo totalmente alejado de esta temática, como:
I've always had trouble looking for Chinese series, since the most popular and abundant ones usually use the same plot: a couple who end up agreeing on everything and end up happily ever after, but with different characters. It all ends up being very cheesy and sometimes unrealistic. That's why I love it when I find something totally away from this theme, like:

| Es importante que sepan que esta producción está lejos de ser perfecta. Hubo algunas actuaciones cuestionables y una de las historias de los involucrados, en mi opinión, nunca encajó. Ya que no iba de acuerdo con lo que nos estaban contando sobre el protagonista. Asimismo, hubo algunos aspectos en algunas escenas que podrían haber sido mejores.

It is important for you to know that this production is far from perfect. There were some questionable performances and one of the stories of the people involved, in my opinion, never fit. As it didn't go along with what we were being told about the main character. Also, there were some aspects in some scenes that could have been better.

| Ahora bien, Fei Ke era un estafador que engañó a cada uno de los involucrados (exceptuando a la periodista). Era un joven sumamente inteligente y astuto. A través de diferentes flashbacks que alternan entre el pasado y el presente, podemos comprender mejor las acciones que llevó a cabo con cada uno de los invitados, tal como lo expresan en sus propias palabras, pero esta serie juega xon nuestras mentes porque incluso hasta el final no sabemos quién miente y quién no, ya que cada uno contaba la historia a su manera.

Now, Fei Ke was a con man who deceived everyone involved (except the journalist). He was a highly intelligent and cunning young man. Through different flashbacks that alternate between the past and the present, we can better understand the actions he took with each of the guests, as expressed in their own words.

| Desde el primer capítulo, la historia se desarrolla con fuerza y mantiene una atmósfera sombría y misteriosa. Incluso cuando la periodista revela las verdaderas razones e intenciones de cada involucrado con Fei Ke, nos damos cuenta de que ninguno es tan inocente o intachable como pretendían aparentar. Además, gracias a la misma periodista, conocemos el pasado del "fallecido".

From the very first chapter, the story unfolds strongly and maintains a somber and mysterious atmosphere. Even when the journalist reveals the true reasons and intentions of everyone involved with Fei Ke, we realize that none of them is as innocent or blameless as they pretended to be. Moreover, thanks to the journalist herself, we learn about the past of the "deceased".

| Lo que me gustó de esta serie es el hecho de que nos muestra cómo las decisiones que cada personaje tomó los llevaron a cometer acciones innecesarias e ilegales. Nos hace ver que el protagonista fue el arquitecto de su propia destrucción y que lo que él y los demás experimentaron no fue más que el resultado de sus propias elecciones. Aunque a algunos no les gustó el final, a mí sí. Incluso me entristeció ver lo miserable y vacío que se encontraba, cómo desperdició su vida en una venganza innecesaria y cayó en un espiral de mentiras desde entonces.

What I liked about this series is the fact that it shows us how the choices each character made led them to commit unnecessary and illegal actions. It makes us see that the protagonist was the architect of his own destruction and that what he and the others experienced was nothing more than the result of their own choices. While some didn't like the ending, I did. I was even saddened to see how miserable and empty he was, how he wasted his life on unnecessary revenge and fell into a spiral of lies ever since.
