Of course, it is from a film called "Soylent Green". But why am I talking about it now and telling you to watch it before it's too late? Has it been cancelled because of something?Is it being taken down from all streaming platforms?
No. The anwser is simple: Soylent Green came out in 1973 and is set in a dystopian future. And that future is the year... 2022! Which will end in a day (plus minus a few hours deppending on your timezone).
So you might want to do it like me and watch it during the final day of the year it is actually set in. If you do, this is your reminder.
And one thing is for surtain: say what you want about COVID, inflation, gas prices etc... At least our 2022 wasn't as bad as the world in Soylent Green!
